Offensively bad all around:1) Was told replacement phone battery would be Samsung OEM. It wasnt2) Phone was not sealed properly. Large seam left open.3) Returned and had original battery put back in by manager. Phone back was marred. Manager said this happens when we remove the adhesive.4) Phoned Customer Service with complaints. Was told Id get a call back in a couple of days. Never happened.

After getting my car battery installed, my car started smoking on the way home. When I opened the hood, there was fluid everywhere. It turns out, the installer broke my radiator filler neck. I called them and explained what happened. I sent an email with the bill from the mechanic who fixed what they broke. I wish I could say they took care of things right away. Nope. The employee emailed me back asking if I would pay half because they were going to take the money out of his paycheck. I explained I should not be paying a penny and expect to be reimbursed the entire amount. Its been 2 months. And Im still waiting. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I’m attempting to do the right thing and recycle florescent tubes. I looked on the California recycle website to find a location because my local Home Depot surprisingly does not. The Website directed me to earth911 and showed that this location was the closest that recycles. I looked on Batteries Plus Bulbs website to see if they mention it and even this location’s page says they recycle. I walk inside at around 2:00pm on 04/04 with the bulbs and the guy almost immediately turns me away saying they don’t recycle here.If you don’t recycle at this location, remove it from your website and earth911 because it’s a waste of time for people to try to make an effort to recycle and there are no locations to recycle. If you really do recycle at this location, sounds like you need new staff.TL;DRWent to this location to recycle bulbs and the staff member said they don’t recycle.

Had exactly what I needed available for pickup within an hour or so.

My husband went to buy batteries and was given the wrong size. So my husband went back and he was being help and a older man out from the back and started telling my husband to get out of the store. Maybe he thought that the clerk was helping me put in the batteries. My husband felt so bad to have someone tell me to get out of the store. This will be the last time my husband will go there. Someone needs to learn how to better treat your customers.

Both Tim and Shawn were so helpful this morning. I was surprised they were opened this morning but EXTREMELY happy with it being a Holiday. I purchased my battery from there less than 2 years ago. When I got in my car to leave this morning my battery was completely dead. I called AAA and they came and gave me a charge and told me my battery was bad and it needed to be replaced.Originally Shawn told me for them to test it I would need to leave it overnight :(. Because I got there so early and the original test showed that the battery wasnt bad, they were able to charge it. I was out of there within an hour. Both guys were helpful and I appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

When I opened up the hood of my car, the associate looked at the battery company asked me how to get it off, and then said he couldn’t do it because it was a special installation.There was no apology for my loss of time and inconvenience, instead I was told I should have told them it was a special installation. The Honda Odyssey is the best selling minivan in America, there is nothing special about it. I took my refund and left.

Swift, honest service. Im environmentally minded and would rather repair my broken electronics than replace them entirely. I went in with my Waterpik electronic toothbrush that had a failing battery. At first they didnt want to repair it, but once I quickly opened it and dislodged the battery, they willingly did it and for a reasonable price. Now that I know we have a local repair shop, Ill be taking more of my electronics there rather than replacing them!

Yesterday I bought a battery. When I was there, the attendant offered to put the battery into her vehicle. I bought the battery and drove it home and put it into a 98 Jaguar xj8. I drove back the next morning to get a refund on the core. I asked a different attendant if he could help me with the battery because it didn’t fit the bracket well. He curly asked me what kind of car I had and I told him and he said they didn’t work on my kind of car. I thought he was just too lazy to do it. I think the battery though is of good quality and decent price.

Its a nice store, good selection. Customer service is not great, but they try. Franchise policy is seriously lacking, they do not offer refunds even on unused batteries (exchange only), they do not offer price matching even within their own chain of stores (if a different location of Batteries Plus Bulbs offers the same battery for a lower price, you have to go to that specific location), you cant return/exchange a battery at a location other than the one you purchased it at. Staff here were polite but treated me as an inconvenience, were not very attentive. But I got what I needed in the end.

I placed my order online and received a call within minutes as to the status of my order: the battery I wanted was out-of-stock, but they had others, or my battery would be available within two days. Back in june 19 (its now oct 19) I purchased a car battery, from this company.I received a lemon battery. Periodically the battery would die.I called to confirm for a replacement, I was told I would have to leave my car battery for 24 to 48 hours so they could test it..I told the guy at the store! 3 times today my battery has died. I needed 3 jumps. When I went to the store and had a dead battery.I dont keep spare car batteries on hand, hence I would be without my car for 2 days.Well to bad for me...If you need a car battery use pep boys, or any legitimate automotive store, that will give you a replacement battery.WHEN YOUR BATTERY IS DEAD!If you buy a car battery from this company you will get what you deserve.BAD SERVICE!I didnt receive a bad battery!! Jiffy lube broke it! However, if you have a problem! Their policy still stands leave your car battery with them, for a extended period of time ... Better off with a big box car store..

Its nice to go to a small neighborhood store that has the specific item you need. Sometimes you just dont feel like going to Home Dept. This place is a quick in and out with every type of battery one might need.

Later that day (9/22/18), I received an email note that said that the order is ready for pickup. I called to confirm and was told that the order is not yet ready despite the email message. Had I not called to confirm, I would have gone to the store, no battery would have been available, and I would have wasted my time.I got a call yesterday, 9/25/18, telling me that the battery was now available (earlier than expected). I called to confirm that the battery was in the store, and I picked it up today. My experience at the store was excellent.

Two of our phones got hosed by a bad charger I think. Salesperson was helpful. Tested the batteries and tried to recondition one. The price for the battery I purchased seemed a little high but does come with a warranty of sorts. All in all a positive experience and one of my phones is up and running now.

I ordered a battery online and picked up in store. They open at“8:00am“but when I came there it was still closed.Nobody picked up the phone. The sells person came in 10 minutes later, he than opened the store and it took another 10 minutes until he had the computer running.This is not a proper way to run a business.

The battery I ordered online was ready for me to pick up and the gentleman verified that the new battery was the correct one by comparing it to the old one which I brought in for recycling. When I was trying to install the battery, the terminals were not going on so I called the store and was given excellent assistance over the phone. They couldnt have been more helpful or kind.

Good price for the battery. However, I bought it on a Sunday and when I came in to pick it up I was told that the gentleman working couldnt install it for me because he was the only person working that day. Bad management. He was polite and helpful, however.

When I arrived to the store to pick up my product the franchise owners customer service was horrible. After getting an attitude with me and passing me off to his employee, the experience got better.The young man that installed my battery was great and sadly enough apologized for his bosss behavior. Although he turned my experience around, I would NEVER refer anyone to that specific location.
