Great selection of products. Very helpful staff and quick delivery of the products they have available in their showroom. Prices are pretty decent compared to other places I have shopped for kitchen and bath products for remodeling jobs. Id recommend them for your needs.

Awesome plumbing place. Brian helped me out with my tankless water heater purchase. You cant get service and selection anywhere like this place.

The Google Listing said this Culver City facility is open on Saturday till 12 noon. Sometimes Google is wrong so I called ahead before spending 1 hour is traffic. Recording said office is closed but will-call counter is open till noon. So I made the trip and found then HVAC section closed. No mention of this on the recording. The clerk at the register mentioned that there was 50 people before me that day with the same problem. The clerk pointed to a sign to call Jesse for after hours, I called and no one picked up the call. I saw the part on the isle and and in lieu of being able purchase the part I asked take a photo of it for form and fit. Cleak said no, I asked him to take a photo, he said no. Its been decades since I experienced such poor service.

From the manager down they have no knowledge about basic parts; Not willing to help look for parts. Ive been told if its not on the wall over there we dont have it on three different occasions. They give a I just want to go home attitude. One employee even told me he couldnt find a part and to just go the express pipe next door and see if they know what the part is. I walked into the express pipe and they looked up the part and got it for me. This Ferguson store is completely useless.

I came in today looking to see what I needed for my bathroom remodel. Ive been procrastinating, ( my ex-husband handled stuff like this). Anyways, a friend recommended this place, and said she had a lot of help from the guys that worked here. Devin was amazing! He really helped me figure out all the stuff I needed, and didnt get upset or overwhelmed with all the questions I had. Even though it seemed he was being called to help other people out every few minutes, my project was his top priority. He made this project seem doable and not just some pipe dream ( no pun intended ). Thanks Devin for all your help !!

Mostly services professionals. They have an outdated checkout service. But its a good place to go if you need Kohler parts.

I need a replacement Kohler drain stopper for a bathroom sink. I brought in the old part to show them what I need. They told me Kohler doesnt make a replacement and I have to buy a $75 combination of multiple parts. Im now outside the store, sitting in my car, looking at the Kohler website and I see multiple types of replacement parts just like what I need, for $4-$10, depending on the material/finish. While in the store they seemed like they did not really want to help me (though I was the only customer in the store), and either they dont know what they are talking about or flat out lied to me. Bizarre.

Super disorganized, placed multiple orders to have a Store pick up and then lose the boxes, wasted 3 trip to the store for order they can’t find, I also half the boxes of products they have in stock are either used at least open.
