This is the best place. Open on Sundays..the employees all have knowledge of products and inventory.. They are kind and helpful..

After having seen products on the internet, I thought it was better to go straight to the store and see the variety, types, brands, prices, and promotions, so I decided to go to Sally Beauty. My experience was very good, I had the assistance of a salesperson, I ended up buying another brand different from the one I had seen on the internet. The parking is excellent and in the same place that Sally is, there are other malls around that also you can go shopping.

Don’t bother coming to this location. The representatives follow you around and reach over you to write down the items in your hands if you’re a certain shade. This is done with no remorse apology or compassion. My visit was on April 6th 2021 at 5:30pm. Go somewhere else so you don’t get vilified or humiliated by the employees here. It was an older latinx woman and a younger Caucasian girl. Boundaries were crossed...

Jesus was very nice and knowledgeable in helping pick the right products that I needed. He took time with me and did not rush me. He answered ALL of my questions.

When you have a register full of supplies and are then asked do you want a bag? As a professional with more that a handfull of supplies give up a bag!! Poor customer service !!! Went directly to sister store Comoprof as I unloaded my cart Associate was preparing a bag for my purchased items!!

Spend 1/2 hour waiting outside with 10 other customers for the store to open, which it never did. A sign on the door said opens at 11 am. There were plenty of signs on the door stating; to wear a mask and keep the 6 feet distance, along with every other precautions not to catch COVID-19. If you don’t plan on opening your store when you claim it opens, please post a sign saying you will be closed. Moreover the website stated the store was open. I attempted to call a posted phone number but no one answered the phone. This is not how you keep your customers coming back.

Ugh... this site is OFTEN out if stock! Call ahead to see if they have what you want.

I frequently shop at Sallys, because I am a serial hair bleacher & amateur colorist. They are always friendly and knowledgeable about products that they carry. Good selection with reasonable prices. If you are a frequent shopper, take advantage of their annual membership. I like this location, because there is an ample amount of free parking.

Got some new makeup

It would be nice if the people working there helped me to get the proper stuff to dye my daughters hair. I dont know what Im doing, so I got the wrong stuff. They were too busy to help us.

Customer service is ridiculous! I simply needed to exchange a product. No one was available at the register. I was the only customer in line and had to wait over 5 minutes for assistance. 1)They either need to hire more customer service associates or 2) The employees that stay in the back room, need to be up front assisting customers.

Really poor service... I didnt have my phone on me so I asked the staff if they would be willing to make a call to another Sallys location to see if theyd have a product available there (this location had none of the products I was looking for). she said no even though clearly, staff at another location was willing to do this for me. didnt even ask about what product I was referring to or when the next shipment would come in. just plain unhelpful.

Customer service sucks here. I usually go to one in Hawthorne where they actually seem like they want to help you. I asked one girl that I thin was the manager about hair dye and she really seemed like she didnt want to help. Just went and told me what I needed for certain colors. Then went back to what she was doing, obviously I asked cause I dont know what I was getting. She didnt ask me what if there anything else I needed. Then when I went to Check out the girls seemed annoyed with the lady that was previously there. When I was checking out she was still putting things away on the back wall. Will not waste my time here

I do my weigh-ins at Jenny Craig. The Sallys is next door, so for me, its convenient. However, my favorite Sallys is on Crenshaw Blvd, where customers service is far and beyond. These ladies at the Culver City location have formed some type of a clique and when certain people walk in they continue to carry on their empty fake valley-girl personas. Hellllllooo - its Sallys store ladies. Not Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Heck, service is much better there. Get some mature individuals to manage this store. These womens customers service skill stinks. And with Walmart sucking up all the businesses and just about everything moving to online, its not like there arent other options. Gave this store a third and last chance and got the same treatment. No one bothers to look up when I enter, no greeting, no asking if I need assistance, no thanks for stopping by. Ross, next door is the total opposite. When I walk in the young man greets me and says thanks for shopping at Ross - nice day. What makes these nasty attitude ladies at the Culver City feel like their rude behavior should be tolerated. Three-thumbs down. Sent a complaint to corporate today. Hope you Culver City Clique get that dreaded phone call.I’m a faithful Sally’s customer. I am not as frequent because I buy in bulk and return when I need to stock up. Very poor customer service. I stood on the aisle 10 mins waiting for help and the other cashier never came. I was here 6/20/18. @ 7pm and there were only 2 other customers besides me. One was at the register and the other was on the next aisle over. Highly pissed
