I have been buying many plants here for a long time, for gifts, for my home and business. 16 days ago I bought several plants to give to my daughter for her birthday, she is a huge plant lover. I normally dont comment on any businesses as I understand that some people have negative comments that are for something very unreasonable or even when they were the issue or problem. However I feel compelled to take this opportunity to comment that the girl who assisted me for the initial sale 16 days ago was very nice, she helped me to wrap some of the plants for gifts. I returned today to return 2 of 15 plants that I purchased that my daughter did not want and would like to have a different varietal. I was attended by the manager (cant recall his name) when I returned with 2 plants out of 15 total that i purchased. These two plants cost of $14 usd and $10 usd . One of them was returned because it was not very healthy, and the other was indoor and my daughter wanted an outdoor plant. The Manger who commented that after 14 days no changes are made, in my case, exceeded 2 days. It is understandable that they do not allow exceptions to the return policy, however, I would like to express the importance of making the customer feel that they take into consideration the frequency with which they buy in that establishment, and take a little more time, maybe offer a discount on the next purchase, something that would have made them feel that although we did not come in time to change the plants they care about the client. A business that looks at each customer as valuable would appreciate even the customer who just has one small purchase let alone many and we are not just another customer. I would have liked to be left with the impression that they care about you as a customer. It is a very nice place and so far the service has been very good, unfortunately the manager did not offer a dialogue or help.

Such a beautiful place to wander around for a few hours. Lovely selection of indoor and outdoor plants, especially orchids, ferns, Peperomias, and Anthuriums when we went. Incredible selection of planters and beautiful, stylish settings to enjoy. Very inspiring! Reasonable prices as well.

I love(d) going here. It’s amazing and tranquil…unfortunately my last visit a few weeks ago left me with one succulent infested with mealy bugs & another with a fungus that caused all the leaves/petals to drop off within days.Luckily I quarantine new plants, but I was very VERY disappointed that 2 of 8 had issues, and those issues could have spread to my other plants.The one that had mold is gone. The other with mealybugs is still in quarantine & I might have to toss it to save my others.Not what anyone wants when excited to have new plants. Very disappointed, but not coming back to argue it. We just won’t be back.

I’ve visited two of their locations, this one in Culver City and the other on Beverly Blvd. The Culver City location doesn’t have all the amazing home goods that the other does, but they have way more selection of plants, trees and pots! If you’re landscaping for your backyard or just decorating for your living room / home, you’ll find exactly what you need here!

100% one of my favorite nurseries in LA! I 100% come here on a monthly basis! They have a TON of plants so youre sure to find what you need. I would say the pots are a bit overpriced so I usually go somewhere else to find more affordable pots, but all the plants are healthy, and the workers are helpful when it comes to educating you on the care instructions for plants and finding whatever you need!

This place has the nicest plants Ive ever seen. A bit pricy but worth it if you are lookingfor something in particular.

Every plant Ive bought has been infested. Check your plants at this place very carefully before you buy! I wont be buying any plants from here anymore. Each indoor plant I purchased had either scales or thrips. My plants are not located near each other and were purchased at different times. Finding scale inside generally means that you brought an infested plant indoors.

Very well organized with great plant layout. Young guy was very helpful with the roses. Young woman at the cash register was very sweet and helpful. Great gift shop. Ill go back for sure.

I GO HERE ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR PLANTS & NATURE THERAPY. LOTS OF PLANTS, CACTUS, ORCHIDS AND MORE. PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I HAVE PURCHASED QUITE A FEW PLANTS HERE (HOYA VAR, TRADESCANTIA ZEBRINA, BEGONIAS FIREWORKS, POTHOS ETC); ALL ARE THRIVING AND VERY LUSH!

Best place to find Azaleas, and only Azaleas. The owner is hard of hearing but helpful nonetheless. It was incredible to see an old nursery still standing in Culver City! Hope it stays.

This is what I came for. This is what I needed. I learned so much from two men who shared a lot about their experiences. Both are getting their masters in spirituality. I am beyond speechless for all of my senses today and that I was so aware in each of them. I will never forget this.
