I went there to do some shredding and was real pleased with the service I received they went out to my vehicle brought in all the papers to be shredded images of men on the cash register with a beautiful white beard hey give me a 10% senior citizen discount and didnt even ask my age I guess I looked like 92 the young lady who waited on me did a fantastic job I was real pleased and well go back again

Im not great @ returning things from Amazon, but this place makes it 100% easy. Even when Ive messed up the return label, they can fix it! Awesome service. Always happy when I leave there!

I was so blessed by the owner of this store today. We are adopting and needed a traveling notary to meet me at Wellspring. The not only came and met me, he sat with me for 30 minutes while we waited for the doctor and then he donated his services! Wow! Im so blessed. I have used this store many times in the past and have always had wonderful experiences. We love Dawn who works there too. We will be using them forever!

Dave & his wonderful team went above & beyond my expectations for my families Celebration Of Life memorial cards, & even made me labels soo I could make memorial candles after someone else that I paid to make them did a horrific job & had me in a complete panic.. They are an amazing team who not only have stella customer service skills but are affordable when it comes to out of the box projects.. If you havent considered them before for anything other than your shipping/postal needs then you should. They have soo much more to offer & go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. I have had a terrible experience at the culpeper store in Va. The owner verbally abused me when I asked for separate receipts as I had many packages to return to different companies. I am still speechless. All the customers present were horrified too. I will never go back

The gentleman who works here never puts his mask on. He’s putting other staff and customers at risk. Everyone else in this store have their masks on all the time EXCEPT him. UPS should review their videos to ensure their employees are following safe policies to avoid spread of COVID-19.

Paid 25$ for Next Day Air....well it was supposed to be here 2 days ago. Hopefully it shows up before the weekend. They should be ashamed of themselves charging outrageous prices for a service and then not meeting the deadlines that they set. Should be criminal honestly. Also have been lued to about delivery and have had packages returned but our driver said they never came. Impossible to track down the responsible party in a sea of lazy liars!!!!!! Use FedX or USPS. NOT UPS. YOU WILL REGRET THE DECISION.

If I could give the store a 0 star I would. Extremely rude staff. Need to read UPS internal policies. Do not recommend. Youre better off taking your package to a different location.

Awful customer service. Rude and unprofessional. They refused service citing “you are not a paying customer”. We were dropping off a shipment for a client with a UPS account. Owner actually told us to “get out”.

This staff rocked. Dropped off a package and they helped get it all taped up and packed right with no questions asked. Easiest thing in the world!

We have been using this UPS Store since 2009, when we began traveling for my husbands job. We got a mailbox there so that we would have someone to handle our mail for us and get it forwarded to our locations as we were regularly relocated.Susan and her staff have done an absolutely stellar job of taking care of us and our mail. They have always been conscientious about staying in touch with us, contacting us if something came in that looked like it was important or needed immediate attention, and getting things forwarded correctly and quickly.We cannot say enough good things about this store, and we highly recommend them for any service they provide. We will very much miss them, its been so great to deal with a company that has excellent customer support as well as a wonderful work ethic.Thank you SO much Susan and all of you there!

I’ve been visiting this store for several years. I occasionally have music equipment transactions and have always found Dave and staff helpful and proficient. It’s the proficiency that is always my main judge of a store. Cheers and smiles mean nothing if your package doesn’t make it in one piece. When shipping a musical instrument things must be packaged superbly. I take them in sometimes completely bare of a box. Dave and co. do their thing and the buyers always contact me back with praise of the packaging.I also have found that the Culpeper store is far superior to the Warrenton store, where one leaves feeling a bit taken advantage off, cost wise.Great store! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best UPS store by far. I understand the stores are independently operated. I will always drive the extra miles to bypass the Warrenton UPS store to come to this one. A good example was this weekend I needed to ship out a document to which I did not have an envelope for. Begrudgingly I stop by and the owner told me it was $3.83 for the envelope. A UPS one at that. She gets those for FREE!!I walk into Culpeper, the gentleman sees I have a stack of paper. I did not even have to ask due to he was already pulling out an envelope asking how can I help you... Yaa cant get much more customer service oriented than that!! Thank You Culpeper...

If I could rate with less than 1 star, I would. Owner has HORRIBLE communication skills. After losing my package (which never left the store according to tracking), I had to constantly contact the store (as well as Corporate & UPS themselves) to get & keep my insurance claim moving. We are 5 days shy of 2 months & I finally received my check. Mind you, I was asked what I sold my item for, not what it was worth total. So, I only received the sale price from insurance, which I had to refund to the purchaser. I am still out of pocket my item/the sale price. I will never trust this store with another package.
