Iv been seeing the same Doctor at this office for many years and I think he is a good doctor but I am sad to say I will not be coming here again and will be looking for another doctor in the area. The people at the office are lovely, however their is a dog kept in the office and you are hit with a big whiff of dog pee and feces as soon as you walk through the door and last time we were there a few weeks ago we watched the doctor carry dirty (I assume) potty pads to the trashcan and go back in with a customer without washing his hands. Feels like U are in a vets office when you go here. If sanitation is not important to you then this is the perfect place for U! If you decide to continue going here make sure you ask him to watch his hands and can deal with the bad smell

Dr. Dixon and everyone in the office is lovely, however, not a single person was wearing a mask (I visited in mid June 2020). I had to ask the doctor, as he was sitting twelve inches from my face, to please put on a mask. I saw no one wipe anything until I again mentioned the lack of precautions and that I was uncomfortable. If you are looking for somewhere that pretends the pandemic is not happening--and you may be--this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere that stays current on global health concerns and recommendations, and takes patient health seriously, look elsewhere.

I recently had an eye exam by Dr. Gregory Dixon. I have to say, he is AMAZING!! As I entered the office, I was immediately greeted by his sweet staff. They were very kind and chatted with me while I was waiting to be seen. Once I got in for the exam Dixon was very thorough and answered all questions and concerns I had regarding my eye. After the exam, I decided to pick out glasses and his staff was very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and helping me get the most for my money. They even cleaned and repaired my old glasses at no additional cost. Once my new glasses were ordered they came in Super FAST and I was so happy with the glasses and got so many compliments. The girls are great at helping find a frame that fits your personality, face shape, and style. I recommend going to this doctor if you are looking to get new glasses/contacts or even just to check the overall health of your eye!

Dr. Dixon is wonderful and very thorough. His office staff are efficient and kind. What else is there to say?Update: I went back to be fitted for contacts and it wasnt easy for me to touch my eyes. The office staff was so patient and really took their time to get me the right contacts for my eyes as well as help me get comfortable with the whole process. Thanks so much!

I have gone to Dr. Dixon since I was a child. He has always been thorough and professional. His equipment and technology is up to date and he does not miss things.For a time, my insurance changed and I saw another optometrist. I told them about a problem I was having. They basically blew it off. I went back to Dr. Dixon and he listened to me and immediately diagnosed it. He put me on the proper medication and I havent had a problem since. Needless to say, I go to Dr. Dixon regardless of insurance participation.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dixon for years. Weve always received warm and friendly service there from both the doctor and the office staff. Theyve helped me with small repairs to my sons glasses quickly by just walking in and asking.

Always pleasent and professional! Open longer hours and weekends are always a bonus. They dont play insurance games and actually look after the patient. My 11 year old actually doesnt mind going at all!

My wife was there for an eye check up, the glasses that were sold to her with the wrong prescription. The receptionist was very rude to my wife will I was talking to her she true the phone on the counter and walk away. After the specialist advice my wife that the glasses she had on had the wrong prescription the receptionist did not believe her. We as a family will never return to this specialist because of the unprofessional staff that he had working for him.My wife try it again the doctor was very helpful this time but the staff are still very rude per my wife account. The doctor do mention my review that I put here.

This is my family docter hes very nice and educational. We always have a splended experience there. The receptionist always helps us pick out the right glasses and gives there opnion when asked. They always explain the options and are always able to explain what we are paying for very imformative and insightful :)

Working in another Eye care center I can say that this place is very unprofessional as a Pt came here for a second opinion about the pressure in his eyes and I was hung up on 2 times trying to gain information to gets this pts records and then was told the 3rd time I called straight back the person helping me left for lunch ....
