Ordered an item and extended the time to picked it up. Was going to do the drive up today and turns out someone else picked it up .. that’s what my app says but I requested the code the person used because I’m pretty sure that’s impossible and I really hope it was just a mistake from the drive up person. The item is out of stock now and can’t be shipped so I’m very disappointed and lost my money just like that! Waiting for someone from this store to contact me back.Order number is: 9167976844158

Was looking for TV they had a 70 inch LG advertised in the store for 579.99 which was 270 off. Had to wait twenty minutes for someone to finally acknowledge us in electronics after my wife asked for help. The lady comes over scans the barcode and says there is one in stock, ten minutes later there were none in stock at the store and this item was discontinued. So why would target sell an item that is discontinued? Why would your employee scanner show 1 on hand and later tell me i would have to go to Manassas or Fredericksburg and for me to call the store so they can hold it for me. The lady vas super nice and polite, however she did not work in that department, so i dont feel i was given any alternatives as a customer, it was more like go and help yourself, when the store is advertising an item they dont have on stock actually two items as the same thing happened with a 60 inch tv i asked about as well, there is something definitely not working right. Dont shop much at Target, i dont think i will go back, i do not feel Target wants my business.

I have noticed in the past month or so that the frozen food section seems more organized. A very nice man, who identified himself as John was extremely helpful in assisting me. I will definitely be a faithful Target customer moving forward.

I had a drive pickup (where they bring it to your car) only had 3 items and they forgot 1 of the 3...I understand if it was over 10+ items and something might of got left out on accident but 3? I check my trunk before I left and saw 1 was missing. So I called to get my other item and it just kept ringing and ringing. After 35 min of calling I decided to just go in ( with covid and my health condition if I get exposed to covid it could be deadly for me, so I have to avoid it as much as I can) this was my first time doing pick up from target and it was pointless. I’ll just stick with Walmart. They would at least answer the phone..

Target is always clean and dependable. It offers brand names and Target brand,which is what I choose most of the time. It offers baby clothes at reasonable prices. And having the food section is so convenient.

This Target is a pretty good store with reasonable prices. Though, I have 2 complaints and 1 observation.Complaint #1: Some of us still use atm/credit cards without a chip. Your self checkout lanes have the card readers so close to the receipt printers that we have to pick up the printer and move it over in order to swipe a card.Complaint #2: If you were willing to invest in self checkout lanes you could have at least forked out the extra money to allow us to pay with cash at the register instead of having to wait for a person to come accept our money and then return with change. Going cheap on self checkout lanes in this manner is like buying a car without cup holders in order to save a buck.Observation: I purchased wireless earbuds and candy today. The boy working the electronics counter followed me through the store to make sure I wasnt planning to steal the earbuds. Hes not very stealthy and anyone with any situational awareness would have noticed him. You should probably have him stay in his department. Seriously. Someone is going to call him out someday.

This store is always very clean and until the COVID hysteria on certain items, very well stocked. I appreciate the protocols and effort that the management and employees have taken to keep us all safe!

Went there for a ln Intex pool filter, didnt have. My kid threw a fit for some gummy bears at the front door, they were a dollar so I was like hey cool. Went through the checkout with the one item, it was $1.59. Didnt have what I needed, cant get pricing right. Ill go to Walmart.

Found an item priced for $4.19 on the wall and when it rang up it was $24.99. The manager at the 27701 zipcode store, Brandy, would not honor the price on that the item was hanging under.

Love Target! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Love the tjings that you put from $1- $3. I have my sister that lived in NJ and its a teacher and all of the things i buy help her.

Even in Culpeper, Target employees are a lot more professional, knowledgeable, and helpful than Walmart. The store is cleaner, even the parking lot. In general, Target has a better plant-based selection in grocery, household, and beauty. Their lines are definitely better quality. I absolutely love Cat Jack. The only area where Target falls short for me is produce. Luckily, in Culpeper, Martin’s is right next door, so it’s not that inconvenient.

This is the absolute worst target store ever! Their employees are extremely rude and act bothered if you ask them simple questions, even their manager is extremely rude. Dont waste your time with this store, there are much better targets then this one. They really need to get some customer service training! I have gone multiple times only to leave upset from their level of customer service...

There are zombies everywhere clogging up the isles cause they cant get there face out of there smart phones. Good times. 5 minute trip took almost 20 min. Customers were frustrating, store and employees fantastic.

This store has been hit or miss with customer service since they started.Stopped in today to look for a few things and customer service was non-existent. Found an item that I was interested and 4 different price check scanner were broken/not working, I went to the customer service desk. Where there was no one there. Waited for someone to show up and she was busy trying to transfer a call to a manager for like ten minutes. I gave up and left my cart unpurchased.

Love the store but unfortunately the Starbucks attendant was scolding another Starbucks employee as soon as i walked up to the counter and did not stop to take my order. Just put me in a bad position I felt awkward.

This Target is clean and has courteous staff. The checkout lines are usually minimal and you can normally get in and out with your purchases relatively quickly.

Store cleanliness and appealing displays

My wife and I purchased some pair of jeans there. The cashier that rang us up was new. She called for some help, when that help came. She just did some random entry on the register and sent us away. What happened was that she made a mistake and messed us up. Now, bear in mind that that pair of jeans was $ 27.00 when I went back to return them. The original price was ignored by Zac the manager on duty. They refunded me $7.00 only. I Can not believe Target stiffed me out of $ 20.00. And Zac the manager was like “are you finished” as I was pissed.Never ever going back to this place again. And watch out for new cashiers and the ones that are just hanging out. They don’t know the principle of shopping. If I don’t buy anything from the store you basically don’t have a job. Simple as that.
