I want to start off by saying that these guys make an incredible product. Top notch stuff.Ive bought a t4 flange and a set of arp studs, and now a weld tab for mounting. I mistakenly purchased the large weld tab instead of the small one (I purchased each item separately). And while I understand that there are no returns, I did not want to return the piece, just exchange it for the smaller one, completely willing to cover shipping for my mistake.I was told we cant do that, but we can offer you a discount on the other one. I dont want a discount, ive already spent nearly 300$ and i dont need a 50$ paperweight.Quite unfortunate really. Hope these two stars bring down your average rating.
