I had a great experience but I bought a pair of numchucks and left not but 20 minutes down the road they are broken. Shattered at the top where they are held together. Havent even been able to hold them but 5 mins and they are broken. Drove an hour just to end up with broken product. I turn around and go back and they say they dont do exchanges or refunds so now I have broken numchucks. Havent been away from the store but 20 mins. Sucks. Check all your products before leaving the store cuz if it is broken and you dont find out til later you arent getting your money back.

Found my favorite vape juice I dont have back home, and the vape Ive been looking for forever! And not overpriced either, tons of variety in the vape section, staff was very helpful and patient with our questions

I love coming to this zero gravity. The people that work at this one will have conversations and include you in them and I talked about very interesting things related to items in the store. You feel like youre hanging out with some friends. If you ever need anything theyre quick to get what you need. The store is always very clean and everything is neatly placed.

Walked in the store and was greeted, but that was it. I stood waiting on help for 10 minutes and never got helped. This place used to be good but has went down the drain recently.

Very terrible customer support. Everyone kept staring at me as if I was gonna steal something. One of the ladies working there threatened to kick me out because I looked “Hispanic” they wouldn’t let me touch anything and treated me as if I was some kind of radio active mutant or something. Im definitely not going back there

I love this store and shop here often but it’s currently 10:08 and freezing and no one has unlocked the doors or nothing. They don’t have a sign saying they are closed today! Pretty upset about this! You have customers leaving left and right from the store which is what we’re about to do. Please put some kind of information on the door if your not going to be opened!

Ive shopped at all of the Zero Gravity stores for 10+ years, I really love the expansion that the Cullman store has done. Its not as crowded in the store anymore and feel a lot more like the other stores.

Theyve always got what you looking for! Zero Gravity has to be one of the best hippy stores ever! If youre a hippy, they got your happy!

Ive always loved all the Zero Gravity stores. Ive been a customer since the 90s. This particular location has recently expanded to double the size they were. Every location always has great service with friendly knowledgeable people as well as a vast inventory of anything pop culture imaginable.

I love this store overall. Its very different (in a good way) and unique. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is due to a couple reasons. One reason being a majority of the staff isnt very friendly, inviting, or helpful. The past two times I visited this store it was difficult to find someone to answer my questions. This store sells jewelry for piercings; therefore, they should know somewhat about piercings. Well....that isnt the case. My advice to anyone reading this is do not go to this store and ask for piercing advice. If you have any questions or concerns about a tattoo or piercing, please consult your piercer or tattoo artist. All this store is good at is selling clothing.

I love this place takes me back to the days of the neighborhood head shop. They had everything I was looking for and lots that I just kinda want. Always a stop when Im in Cullman.

I love Zero Gravity BUT, management and another worker can be very rude and snappy about teens (17 yrs old) being in the shop and standing around the vape counter, EVEN with their mom present. I love you guys, but lighten up! ♡

Everytime I go in here the people that work here are rude, uninformative, literally refused to tell me about the product I wantes to buy and are overall hard to deal with and it really ruins the pleasantness of shopping there. They act like my business isnt important. Most likely wont go back.
