Hard to get anyone to assist you. Dont know then basic answers to a question. They where did connected waiting on you. I felt like they were in hurry. WANT GO BACK!!!!

I hope you never have to call the Cullman store, they never answer the phone, and it does not matter what time you call. The website is never working.

$156 to start with a free phone and $30 is the monthly plan. So they said its $120 for taxes on the phone. Thats actually $126 they charge for a free phone .I couldnt believe it after so many people had recommended cricket and their great deals sorry but this is a rip off

May want to teach your employees how to spell.... When logging into my online account for the first time i couldnt because the employee spelled the answer to my security question wrong.

None of the employees there this week could answer any question completely. The ones who did answer would contradict the others answer. They were supposed to call me back the next day, didnt. They had no phones in stock. Just all around a waste of time. We left there and immediately drove 45 mins to the gardendale location and wylesha and the staff was great. Had me swapped over from straighttalk and 2 new phones and accessories in less than 1 hour. Cullman location just has a bunch of young girls sitting there talking all day. Wont be back unless just absolutely got too.

They don’t do what there sine says the stall says free and they wouldn’t let us get it when we was swapping service over to them and you also have to pay for phone cases and screen pertecter at the same time

Good customer service at this location. But if youre bringing your own device dont expect to be able to use your mobile hotspot.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have called multiple times a day at all times a day and NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I called multiple times one afternoon and happened to be in the area so decided to just go in to the store when there were 2 employees inside. I asked about a particular phone in stock. They said they did have it. I said I was going to discuss it with my husband because it was for him. I literally drove from the store to TJMAXX. Less than 3 minutes. He said it would be fine so I called on my way to tell them I would be coming right back to but it and yet again no one answered. I went in the store only to see no customers and FIVE employees standing around. Yet the phone is NEVER answered. I said I was there to purchase the phone I had just discussed only to be told they didn’t have it. I asked how you could have it one minute and not have it 5 minutes later. I was told they sold it. It takes longer than 5 minutes to set up a new phone. I will NEVER EVER go to that store and will tell anyone who uses cricket to not waste their time. We drove to Arab, had the best customer service and will never go anywhere else.

Very poor, had my account stolen and took over, I had proof that its my account and they still did nothing.

I left the Cricket store in Jasper Alabama and went to the Cullman cricket they helped me in my mom they were a lot more useful and helpful I think the ladies up there

The girls are very helpful when I go to the store.But you cant get them to ever answer their phone.Ive been calling a month and noone ever answers the phone.Ive Been trying to get an internet box for a month now.

Cricket is okay, except when you want to upgrade your phone. They make sure you have to pay. And it seems to be that they cant disconnect a line from inside the store you always have to call customer service and they will keep you on hold forever

Just stopped in on an impulse, but when I left I had already made up my mind to drop my service provider and switch to Cricket.Friendly, responsive staff that went over the options in an easy to understand language along with suggestions worth considering.

I Left the Arab AL Cricket to use Cullman AL Cricket. Katlyn and Kayla were extremely nice and very helpful with my problem. I will be using this store for service and questions going forward.

Kinda crazy place

I added a phone to my existing phone plan was supposed to be 20 dollars a month...welll she put it on a sifferent plan charged me 45 extra dollars for 3 days of service...i called and fixed it but atill out 45.00

I bought a brand new IPhone from the Cullman store. When I got home I notice that it had a small crack in the bottom of the screen. So the next morning when I Took the phone back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do to replace the phone or fix the phone they told me I would have to pay $25 just to return the phone after just paying $400 for it. It breaks my heart to know that they wouldn’t do anything to fix there wrong. Maybe if the girl selling the phone had not been flirting with a guy that came in the store as I was getting the phone set up she would have noticed the crack herself. All the employees were very unprofessional ..

They they the best personal who are very friendly and know there phones and services, the best cricket store as far as the personal of any I have visited in seven states, always pleasure to attend this store.

I have been in here for over 30 min. I understand you guys where busy today but things could have been handled much better than what it was. Your employees are taking personal calls on the sales floor, no one even ignollaged that any of us even walked into the store.

Went in to get the unlimited plan and port my number. Service was relatively quick even though the three other girls where just sitting behind the counter on their personal cell phones, got my number ported over. Did not receive a free smart phone like advertised, again no big deal I already have a nice smart phone. The problem lies when Im 9 gigs into my unlimited plan I get a text saying Ive used 75% of my data. Decided instead of even messing with calling the store I downloaded the app, took me two seconds to realise I was charged the exact same for a 12 gig plan as the unlimited plan costs, was able to fix the problem in less then a minute. 5 stars for the app 1 star for the stores poor customer service, unprofessional employees and just poor basic listening skills.

Malcolm and Kayla are my favorite. They always do us right and I would never choose to go with anyone else. I highly recommend coming to cricket in Cullman. VERY sweet people and will always be willing to help you. Im behind them 100%

The Cullman branch is totally awesome, but the Arab & Hartselle branches either need to be closed or all the employees replaced!!Especially the Hartselle branch, when I was in there the employees truly seemed as if they were so strung out, I couldnt understand anything they were saying and I honestly got sick to my stomach from the way they were acting. Looked like they were trying to eat there shoulders 😠😠😠😷😷😷🤮🤮🤮

Phone cards dont say what your paying for.. If you dont pay on time they charge you for it.. If you dont use the same phone card every month you have to call some person you cant understand to change it.. Back to total wireless I go..

Over-all I love cricket, but the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of two reasons. The first reason is every time I have visited the store the sales reps are always complaining about customers after they leave in front of customers that are inside the store. Secondly, every time I try to call the store it is very hard to get them to answer the phone. I have to call several times before someone answers.

Everything went great when dealing with Kayla. She was very helpful and listened to what we asked, and had us fixed up in no time. If you could rate by employee then Malcom would get 0 stars. Was very rude and would not listen to what we wanted the first night we went in. He kept trying to tell us what we wanted. My wife even said she liked a phone he showed her then he said no you want this one. The next day we went in and Kayla was busy with a customer and we told him we would wait for her to help us. Watched him put a screen protector on for another customer and messed it up pretty bad. He kept telling her it would be fine and wouldnt notice it when turned on. She said she could see it and he just said you have better eyes then I do and sent her on. He kept interrupting and trying to jump in while we were getting set up. Overall rating for Kayla and cricket service 5 stars. Malcom 0 stars! I do not recommend him at all!

Ive been apart of Cricket for awhile, while I live in Athens and then in Arab.The ladies here are so lazy and unknowledgeable, its ridiculous. I asked the same question 3 different ways, and got 3 different answers.If youre gonna work in a store, at least get trained on what youre trying to sale. I would rather take the drive to Arab than shop here.

The past two times Ive been in there one of the ladys has been super rude to the customer and even yelled at one of them. I dont like her personally and it is just her I do not know her name just her face.

Very rarely have any kind of deals for existing customers, wait time is 45mins + charges $5 just to pay bill in store . seem to copy cat near by phone stores with promotions, phones cost 2x more here than other stores . and says unlimited data and at 22g they cut data OFF.so that sums up to false advertising.the only plus of this place may be that its at&t signal and has good signal other than that not for me

Sales associates always appear like working is the last thing they want to do. Difficult to get any real help, and its obvious in the associates attitudes they see customers as a hassle. I see them more often outside smoking than in the store working.

Got the LG Silo I was told if anything was wrong with it bring it back and it would be replaced 2 days something went wrong and guess what ? Well I still have the same phone and its been 9 months. Dont get me wrong the service is great so far just the phones are no good

Signal is always great.if you need any help just use the app. Its a waste of time to go to this store.these women are not any help and make sure you know you are a bother.and dont worry about buying insurance because the deductible is almost as much as paying for the phone it self.

Was kinda disappointed when I went in to buy a sim card. The lady looked at my phone, sold me a sim card, then informed me the sim card wouldnt work with my phone. No refund either. I still use cricket and consider the service to be good for the price, but I do not like going into the store. Always a long wait too.

I just got cricket a bout a month ago, and I get service anywhere, and they have great phones at great prices, our plan has everything I need, unlimited, talk,text, and most importantly,data, all at just 60$ a month!!!cant beat that!

Cell service is great. Prices are okay too. The people that work here are rude and unfriendly. You pay for insurance every month but yet have to pay to get replacement. Im telling everyone I know to switch service and so am I....

Brittany and Kala are so helpful. Never to busy to wait on you. I know thats their jobs but they just may sure you dont leave not understanding anything that you ask about. Never make you feel that a question is to dumb to ask.

First time going in the store n first they acted like I was a burden to them. Then second they was trying to charge me $100 to a phone Id had already purchased from cricket wireless. The phone was off, mind you that was their fault also, then wanted me to pay an activation fee, and a couple other fees for nothing really and when I said I would not pay this then they became even more rude . at that point they told me to go to Walmart! which I did! The folks theres was amazing and beyond helpful . Walmart folks even called over to the cricket store. Needless to say Im now again w straight talk. I would not recommend cricket wireless to anyone at all and especially dont go into the store because your wasting your time and money!!!

We have had Cricket for 2 years. We absolutely love the service. The store however is a little understaffed. I have always dealt with Kayla or Brittany. They have always helped me with any problems i have had.

These people are very very unprofessional. They yell at you across the store asking you what you want and then they take everything so personally, like youre not allowed to have your own opinion about anything. All they want to do is defend Cricket and their mistakes plus they talk about other people after they leave and they make everything so public, your business is everybodys business and vice versa. Add to that they never have any answers to questions. It is my strong belief that the people that work here just really are not that intelligent and they try to cover it up with aggression and unprofessionalism.

I absoutley love Kayla she is very friendly and does her best to help you get what you want she isnt rude at all and takes the time to make you happy... Thats y i will follow her wherever she goes

Malcome Sold me a defective LG Stylo (i shouldnt have accepted it). .Malcome said theyre swap it out fit a good one in 2 days when inventory was good.Wella week later they call - new phone us here but I have to be in before 12 or they will have to warranty claim the phone.(unacceptable)Been on hold for a dozen run around numbers and countless customer service people with absolutley no power to do anything.Cullman Cricket Store MGT Malcome says sorry not going to make things right. I should have been there by 12.As far as getting the phone fixed IM stuck having to purchase another phone. Pay for shipping for a new reconditioned phone & then send in my old phone before I get credited for buying a new reworked phone.
