Everyone was super nice and understanding. Im sure I was annoying, this was the first time i had to take my car in and i had lots of questions but everyone was patient and nice. They finished my car a few days before I expected it to be done. Even offered me a ride home when dropping off my car. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this car place. They were amazing.

Car was damaged by a tow truck while parked, called and they scheduled me that same week, they were informative, professional and knowledgeable. Ryan immediately assisted me and did a walk through of the car. Spoke to Samantha the GM, very profesional polite and helpful. Juanita and Patty in the office were professional and helpful as well. They had everything prepared for my arrival, very quick smooth transition. I met the body tech assigned to the repairs. Jerry was very nice, and clearly knew his stuff. They had my vehicle for 4 business days. After the repairs, My car looked like nothing happened. Very happy with the after. Highly recommend this shop location.

I had my wheels redone here a few weeks ago and they turned out fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Huge shout out to Ryan who helped me through the whole process he was very knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back.

My insurance company suggested them and at first I was hesitant because I thought they were trying to steer me to someone other than my Mazda dealer where I usually get work done. I’m glad I decided to listen to my agent and take my car here. I had a rear end collision that really did a number on my car but after a couple weeks at Caliber you can’t tell it ever happened! Great job. Great communication. Friendly staff. They even arranged for a rental car for me. Trust this business to do a good job.

I has to take my car there twice in the past few months due to other drivers carelessness. Each time, my questions were answered with a wealth of knowledge and patience. Sadly, I had to leave my baby there for good as this last hit & run did too much damage. Patty at the front desk was sweet & caring even though it was just a car, she treated my sadness over the loss with respect & kindness. The entire staff was wonderful & knowledgeable!Im looking forward to NOT needing their services again, but if I do, I wont hesitate to trust their judgement & quality of work & compassion.

Ive taken vehicles to this location multiple times now and the service has always been great. The service writers are very friendly, and when I did have questions about the specific work, there was a tech available to speak with. I was very happy both repaint work and collision repair that Ive had done here.Ill continue to bring vehicles to this location with the quality of the work and customer service they have shown me over the past few years. This body shop has very friendly staff. I feel very safe and confident that they did a good job in repairing my cars body. Abra is the only place Im going to to to if I need body work done again. I highly suggest this place to anyone with body issues.

A friend referred me to Abra after I got into an accident and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them to fix my car. The professionals at Abra did an astounding job with my Acura. I am grateful for their help through the process of getting my vehicle fixed. 4 things that really made my experience special:1. The team of professionals were extremely knowledgeable and the price of repair was realistic and spot on with their original estimate.2. They called to tell me it was ready for pick up days before they’re original completion date.3. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. The inside of the car was detailed to perfection. The exterior paint job was flawless.4. As I was leaving I had questions regarding a stain that I received from parking under a leaking garage ceiling and they brought out compound and removed the stain for me as well as buffed it out, telling me how I could fix it on my own if needed in the future.I will definitely recommend Abra to my friends and family.

They did a nice job repairing my t-boned truck. The communication wasnt as good as they sell it or tell you its going to be. They were swamped though, so I can grace them out on that. I would recommend them. I was extremely happy with work.

Outstanding Service!!! I work for a limousine company and had an emergence with a limo door that would not open. Not only did they help me out on a Saturday they touched up the small damage and never even charged me!! Think I just found my new body shop !!! Thank you for all your help and the fast repair.

Abra did a great job with my front bumper. It was a quick turn around and had a nice clean car to pick up. Service and communication with their team was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone that needs any autobody repairs made.

Edited review:The owner, Andy, is very thorough with reviewing the work done by his workers and contractors, if the work has to be done off site. They informed us when the work was done and allowed us to look over every part of the car. They admitted when they may have caused cosmetic damage and made sure they fixed and repaired it.

I was recently there for an estimate for a 2017, Kia soul I tapped. The police report marked it as an incident, not an accident and actually couldnt believe thes they were called for a scratch the size of a quarter, literally. I was nice with the owner and explained I would pay to get fixed. My little scratch cost $175 to fix to perfection, they knew someone was paying for the little scratch and came back with an estimate for $1019! The car brand new is $18000. They said it was going to take thert days, they had to remove the bumper to work on it, there might be damage underneath, blah blah blah..... The lady in the office was rude and acted as if she was there to see what happened and be was as ride and unprofessional as could be. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone that is paying out of pocket because they are nothing more than theives that take advantage of cash payers. There are plenty of honest, reputable auto body shop nearby and anyone should take a HARD PASS on this place.

Unresponsive and unprofessional.Their coordination and working with issues is abysmal. Parts are coming off the new headlight after just a few months. I told them when i would be coming in and later when i got there earlier then i planned There are no techs here to look at it, can you make an appointment?Got someone to look at it since the manager was not there, he took pictures and i asked to be called on status the next day. never heard anything so i called today just after they opened (saturday) and speak to the same person i did on thu who informed me the manager wasnt there today and now i have to wait till monday.This isnt even the first major issue I have had with them.one more issue i find I am not contacting them directly I will just have my lawyer contact them.Stay away, there are better shops in the area *cough*Goffs*cough*

.PROS: Friendly staff, honest, fast.CONS: Very sloppy work.EXPLANATION: I took my Mazda 3 there after the ABRA in Madison failed to do a decent job. In addition, I had gotten rear ended again since my previous visit and required more body work. They were friendly to talk to and had things ready to go right when they said they would.WORK REVIEW: 1) Paint on the rear bumper looks streaky (in poor light, will clean and fix review in morning if required). 2) Paint matching on rear bumper does not match towing plugs. The plugs look more blue when the bumper is black. 3) After getting up close to the paint on the side panel, to door and the rest of where they fixed is missing depth compared to rest of car (again in poor light, will fix review in morning if required). All I can guess is they are not matching the Mazda red paint well. 4) Overspray, from Madison, in door panels not fixed. You can still feel the tape lines from when they messed up the clear coat. 5) All sorts of buffing compound left behind (roof rails, cracks between panels, hood and on black plastic). 6) Dismissed pretty quick when talking to an employee. I am unsure about his experience but after being told he fixed an issue and didnt, I didnt feel like arguing and decided to leave.FEARS: If their painters failed to clean off all the compound and it was even missed by their detailers, what else was missed? The clear coat is very important on todays vehicles and it needs to be kept in tip top shape at all times. The tape line I mentioned in #4 is caused by poor application of the clear coat. This area is in a pretty obvious place, what happened to all the other places I cant get into well and feel? What happens after several winters and it begins to peel?OVERALL: Obviously I am unhappy. They say they guarantee the work for as long as you own the car. Well if after two times they still cant fix rather simple issues that any experience would prevent, I am not sure they ever will or even can. I probably will not return to have the issues fixed by them. I will have to do them myself. I am not sure if the company ever reads this but feel free to contact me - you can look me up by name and I picked up my car today - Red Mazda 3 Monday 25JAN2016
