I purchased a faulty MicroSD card and they replaced it no questions asked when I called them. Extremely professional and they always have what I am looking for.

Not enough selection of games on the shelves...+/- 20 most recent titles for the latest generation of consoles and a bunch of overpriced plastic toys...where did a the games go GameStop? An all the hard selling by the staff for protection coverages and annual pro membership is obnoxious...

For GameStop what should I say about GameStop I go in there at least twice a week as I have two children and an old man that games. Their selection is okay their prices change like the weather so 1 game you would be interested in today would be twenty bucks today and then $50 tomorrow so as far as the price fluctuation that kind of sucks but overall I mean as long as you sign up to be a premium member you can get decent prices all the time. They have started offering the $5 a month coupon for anything off in the store when you sign up to be a premium number so thats nice

Good people, lovely manager.Although they replaced my sons broken Nintendo Switch really quickly, I was kinda disappointed that I had to pay an extra 34 dollars and change to get a brand new unit, instead of used or remanufactured system even though I had a warranty, and they didnt have any used or rebuilt systems in the store.It seems as though they could have let it slide considering weve only had the system half a year and Ive already had to pay to replace the joypads, and a power supply for the first unit they sold me.Im grateful to get the switch, but Im not cool with having to pay another 35 dollars on top of the warranty I bought for the first system and the joy pads and a new power supply all in half a year.

When ps5 pre order released I was on my way in and to save some time I called (7min) away and was puy on hold righy away needless to say when I pulled up store was empty and 2 employees were just standing there this girl that answered was twirling her thumbs doing nothing i walked in and she said they were sold out..looking around the store I could tell not one went to any customer..

Employees here are there to help you navigate the sale of all your old video games, consoles and accessories. I have had great experiences all 3 times I have been here with the kids. Used games have much more reasonable prices than new. The new pro account has perks also. Nice friendly people here.

Garret is the store manager and one hell of a great guy. Normally I go to the Algonquin store on Randall rd but occasionally come here for recommendations or a friendly chat with one of the nerdy and knowledgeable employees.

Let me tell ya this is the sloppiest game stop ever. Employees are lazy and hang up the phone when trying to do curbside delivery. You can see them inside on their phones hanging out. Grade A garbage. Can’t wait till they’re bankrupt

Quick in and out... unfortunately they didnt have what was needed but they ended up pointing us in the right direction and eventually we were able to find what we were looking for without having to order it online. So all in all pretty helpful, will consider stopping again, keeping in mind that they stock newer systems generally. Thank you!!!

My go-to Stop in the area since the one on 14 closed down. Good group of people that work here and are always friendly. Picked up my copy of Breakpoint on their 9pm release night and had no issues. Clean store as well.

Called and asked if they had a nintendo gamecube adapter. They said yes. Got there and all they had was a 3rd party one that they advertised as working on pc and the switch. Nyko gamecube adapters DO NOT work on pc, they are incorrect and a simple google search would prove this

Wish I got her name, but called yesterday (9/26/19) to ask about an issue with a game that I tracked as being later than I paid for and there really wasnt much she could do, but she was the NICEST person! She gave me ph#s to try and could tell she was actually interested in helping me and felt bad I was having an issue with calling customer service. GameStop always has friendly people, but for sure she was one of the best!

The man there was very kind I was looking at assassins creed 3 remastered and assassins creed origins he told me which one he thought was better and when I asked he told me about the modern warfare coming out in October buti ended up getting assassins creed 3 he told me have a nice night I said you too and it was a good trip to gamestop

It was very good the staff there was joyful even though it was busy and they were really helpful they helped me when I was waiting in line they got the stuff I needed in games and then once the games were ready I walked up and pay they got everything ready so that we when we walked up to pay it was done they are really helpful and kind

Aweful! Max over charged my kids for a used unit. He took in a trade on 3 controllers and a fully functioning xbox live and sold them a USED xbox one with one controller. They paid more money than a new unit sells for. And the new unit isnt reading all games! Totally take advantage of a young consumer (16 and 14). Wish I would have been there, as I was at work. Then when I called to complain, Steve his manager (sure) was rude on the phone, and helped others in store WHILE I WAS TALKING! What customer service. Then when I requested the district manager phone number, he told me he didnt have it. Seriously, what kind of company trains this way? WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

The lazy employee who’s name is Rob refused to look up a game for me (9/2/21 approx 7:30pm) I than asked if he had loose copies and he said no as well. This game stop always is hiring rude employees that don’t know how to speak to customers. If it weren’t for a select few I would altogether stop shopping here.
