In a rush to get a part, I called NAPA right after they closed (a few minutes past 6). Linda answered my call and although I’m sure she was ready to head out for the day, she was extremely helpful and a complete delight as she took my order and assured me she would have the part after 8am the next morning. Thanks Linda for going above and beyond!

The crystal lake store marks up random parts by as much as 100% versus their other locations. 3.67 for atf at one store, 6.99 in crystal lake!!!

Did not have the part i needed, and didnt help to locate it.

Ordered a few parts online for pick up in the store, the website said my order was complete, but in the store they had done nothing. None of my parts were pulled, some were in not in stock, and they tried to charge me different prices on things (shocks were on sale online). Not a good experience. Totally not going there unless I have to.

The customer service is awful, and they dont stock enough items.
