Never go and shop for anyone else, they make stupid mistakes and dont know how to write a check children shouldnt run a register without proper training

Very helpful and had what I needed2nd update: I was called and spoke with a nice young lady who informed me that I had a couple more days to go and pick up my purchased materials. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will be returning to get my materials and purchase more.1st update: I was sadly disappointed in my experience after I got home to realize I didnt receive my (4) - 1x4x8s. I called on Sunday morning and asked if I could pass by and get them during the week and was told that if I wanted to come get them I had to get them on Sunday before 3 oclock. I live in Eunice and was not able to go get them, I guess you guys will just be able to keep my money without providing my product.

I called Stine Crowley to see if you had 2-five step stringers. You said computer said you did have just 2. I asked if you could check if they were really there. You said there was no phone in the lumber yard, but you were certain. I drove 20 miles to pick them up and - you only had 1. Luckily Lowes was only 1 mile away and they had two. Guess what next time!

We love going shopping at Stines. They have very friendly and knowledgeable people working for them. Their prices are better than the other lumber stores. We always end up buying other things that we didnt know we needed. So much fun.

Horrible customer service the guy who helped us in lumber didnt want to work nor has a work ethic he got mad cause he had to move bundles to get to the lumber we needed then when he was on the forklift he was spinning the tires and operating it recklessly almost crashing it multiple times. The entire lumber dept and crew is unorganized the lumber we needed was in stock but not in correct place which made it very difficult to find what we needed

My car got dinged and didnt notice until I got home so I called Stines @145 today and asked if they had cameras to see if they could see if anyone hit my car and the manger said yes and they would call me back well 3 hrs later they never called back so I called Stines back and he said he was busy and when he had time he would check the cameras and call me .... Well it is past closing and I never heard from them.... I totally understand he does not have time it is not his problem my car has nothing to do with Stines!!!!!....

I knew what I wanted when I went into Stine. As I was deciding on what would work best I was asked by 3 different workers if I needed any help. There were 2 workers at the registers. They both were friendly and talkative.

Prices aren’t that great and it always seems like I’m the only person shopping there. Workers aren’t usually going out of their way to provide service and almost seem to try to avoid you altogether. Weird overall shopping experience.

Had hand sanitizer. Saw a lot of associates cleaning.

It seems all Albertsons are clean, wider selection of items and good service. They are a little pricier than Walmart.

Well the first young boy we talk to didnt know were anything was. Then I spoke with Donna and was the best got every thing I needed and help me find everything
