Vern Miller makes promises he doesn’t keep. We purchased a home from him and he promised to have it completed by the time we signed for the title. We now own the house and it’s 2 months later and he hasn’t finished it yet! He keeps telling us to not pressure him - everything can be done in a week. We can’t move in and are paying to live in hotels. He will tell you that things are scheduled to be done - but when we checked they weren’t. Don’t buy from this jerk. You’ll regret it!

We absolutely love our new home. We had a wonderful time planning our home with the builder/owner, Vernon Miller. He was great about explaining the process which we found very helpful as this was our first time to make the decisions that we needed to make. Vernon worked with us through every step of the way.In case I forgot to mention it we love...love...love our brand new home. Tennessee Modular has wonderful styles of homes to choose from and the fact that you can make changes to suit your style and needs is spectacular.

I purchased a Sunshine Home, single wide for my sister. It was a special order; 2 bedroom and 1bathroom. She was able to pick out everything in her home: flooring type, cabinet and handles, curtains, wall and trim, outside vinyl and shutters; every color in her home. I am so impressed by the quality of the home, if I am ever in the market for a modular home I will be getting a Sunshine, and Vernon Miller will be the man whom I will be getting it from. I researched modular homes for about six months before, I found the Sunshine brand. Then I had to find someone that sold what I wanted, no one was willing to do a special order for a 2 bedroom, one bathroom home. They wanted to sell me the homes they had on their lot, which were not the Sunshine brand. I did find another Sunshine dealer toward Sweetwater TN, left several messages, but no one called me back. I even had a lady tell me she was processing an application, she lied. My guess was they either didnt think I was serious or they didnt think it was worth their time. Well Vernon took me serious and my sister has a new home that is perfect for her. It was not all smooth sailing, we had a hiccup or two, but it was not unexpected. Special orders are done in order, closings take time, delivery is when the weather permits, dealing with building codes is unreal, electrical permits, septic inspections, building porches with a shortage of supplies, then remember that Covid 19 is in the middle of all this. Well Don Hunter was the closing agent, he and Vernon came to my house to do the paper work, which was wonderful. First Bank in Knoxville is the financing institute that we used, it was over the phone and through emails, so I didnt have to go the branch. Ryan Fox was the one who came out to fix the things that happened to the house in transit to my sisters property, which was very minimal. This is a well built home. I am so glad that God lead me to find, TN Modular in Crossville, TN. Remember pray and let the Lord lead you, it will be well worth it.

Beautiful, well built modular homes with open floor plans. We purchased the Gala IV A and absolutely love it! We were able to reverse the floor plan to work with our lot, and choose from a huge variety of cabinets and counters, as well as fixtures and hardware. Vernon Miller helped guide the construction phase and was available to ensure we were satisfied. We are the first Ritz-Craft home in Blount County, and highly recommend it.

I love my new home. I got to choose options that were not on the floor plan and I am in my new home this weekOnly 11 weeks from ordering to moving in. Vernon is great answering my questions and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
