We went all over town looking for a mattress everyone was so pushy on you about getting one that you didn’t like because the ones we did they didn’t have then decided to go here! It was by far the best choice we made we ended up getting a mattress sheets and pillows! We even went back and got a bed frame ! The manager Brian was so kind and helpful but in no way pushy ! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

My wife and I had started the preliminary phases of looking for a new mattress however with Brian’s expertise, it allowed me to making the decision easy. Brian is a trustworthy, honest, family man. If you get his word, it’s as good as gold !

This was the most amazing place that we went to looking for a bed set.The gentlemen was so amazing and knowledgeable about the matress and box spring sets.And the price was less than the other 4 places we went too.So before u buy at a so called matress shop in Crossville then u might want to ck out the price and especially the quality of bed set.

Great store!!!! New to the area and We needed a bed the same day and for a small store they had a great selection. Prices were very good. Got a pillow top queen mattress and box spring, high quality frame and a set of sheets (which are the most comfortable I’ve ever had) for under $700. Salesman, think Daniel, even helped me load it in my cargo van

If its important that the store disposes of your old mattress then DO NOT do business here. I understand that in the covid 19 era some things, like mattresses, cant be recycled if stained and they told us that. We werent sure about ours, but the salesman implied that minor stains might not be a problem, and if I had to pay extra to have it disposed of at a sanitation company we could work something out. As it turned out, when the delivery guys showed up, any stain, no matter how hard to see is a problem for pickup. Your old mattress must be in absolute pristine new condition (which no used mattress is). The delivery guys are prohibited by law to take it, even to a sanitation dump. You will be on your own to get rid of something considered to be hazardous waste. Why doesnt the store just tell you that up front? Or, why not find a sanitation contractor that will do it for their customers on a referral?.

Family run business where everyone plays a part. Very knowledgeable sales staff who tried to match you with the proper product. Took 4 days from order to delivery. Service and Competitive prices. Its the proper way to do business in todays marketplace.

I had been shopping for a king size adjustable base frame for weeks. I had ordered one from a larger box store but after waiting 3 weeks for shipment I had to wait another 3 weeks for delivery from the shipping company, which was outta my area. So I cancel. Then I went to a furniture store where I bought my furniture. They had the frame but it was gonna take a week. Well 3 weeks passed and finally I got smart. I came to sleep now In Crossville. I spoke to them over the phone an immediately knew I was gonna have great experience. I walked into a mattress and bed frame only retailer. They specialize in just this market. The frame was actually $300 less then other competitors. I had the bed in 3 days delivered and set up. The delivery guys were awesome they were clean, prompt friendly and they explained every feature even some on my new mattress which I didn’t get from them. They showed Great customer service. Wish now I went to these guys first I would have been sleeping soundly weeks ago!!!! Thanks so much you have a return customer for sure!!!!
