I stopped in to purchase a continuous ion sanitizer for my hot tub. Logan, the employee who helped me, told me about their program where they will ship the part to me to meet my replacement schedule. Shipping is free. This will be very convenient for me since I live in another county.The showroom is large and there are several hot tubs on display. All employees were very friendly and took their time answering my questions.

We looked at several manufacturers and dealers before making our decision on our hot tub. Misty (sales) and David (service) were very helpful and professional. We purchased a 2020 Hot Springs Pace hot tub from HS Spas of Upper Cumberland for our Staycation during the Pandemic and we love it! We have enjoyed using this hot tub daily for relaxation and fun. This is a 110V unit so it does require patience to get to the right temperature upon installation, (1 degree/hour). The service tech had to come out the day after installation and he was great, answered our questions and made adjustments appropriately. The Pace has 2 loungers, which for this size (610 X 610, 300 gal) is hard to find, as well as bluetooth sound capability to pair to your phone music, dimmable lights, and 2 speeds for jets/waterfall feature. We needed a 5 person 110V spa that would fit in our covered porch area and were concerned initially that the water temp might drop with the jets in use, but this has not been an issue at all with this unit. This is a 300 gallon spa and I love that it is only 33 deep, as that fit our needs perfectly. I also highly recommend the upgraded steps, they are perfect. We added the handrail that swivels with a light from Amazon, that must be installed before you add water to the spa, so I ordered with plenty of time for delivery. The Upper Cumberland dealer was the ONLY place we could find this unit and now that we understand the difficulty in finding this product, we are so glad we took the plunge. Misty Wright was our sales associate and was very helpful through the purchase process. We did not wet test this model, but were able to visit the showroom using Covid precautions and it was much appreciated. I would buy from them again and can recommend them without reservation, although deliveries and installations are only available on Wednesdays. They made us aware of that up front. So far, the maintenance has been extremely easy and the water pretty close to perfect so we are happy with our product and the dealership. If you are in the market for a great spa, this one might be the one, if you can find one.

Even though there were problems with the Covid shutdowns, Misty kept us up to date on all schedules and info. Since delivery, she has been very helpful and available for any questions. Wow, we got a recommendation for Hot Spring Spas from our friends in Indiana who have owned one for a number of years. They said it was the BEST and so we decided to see about getting one. Thanks to MISTY in Crossville and some of the nice folks in Lebanon we are very excited about getting our new tub soon. But, most of all, thanks to Miss Misty with helping us with the financing and supplying all the information we needed to make a decision.

Purchased the high life Triumph model back in March of 2020. I am very pleased with how easy it is to maintain the water chemistry of the fresh water salt system. Awesome. With the old bromine/chlorine system, I was having to add some kind of chemicals every week. With this new tub/system, may be once a year. However, the electrodes (chlorine generating cartridges), @ $120.00 every 3 - 4 months seem to equate to the amount of the chemicals of the old system. Less work though. More reliable. Water is more tolerable on the skin & hair. Doesnt make it feel dried out. Overall, am well pleased. 😁

Very informative staff who seems to know the industry well. Polite and patient when answering ALL of our questions. No sales pressure. A lot of displays on hand to choose colors, styles and features. I really like the fitness pool they had on display at the crossville TN location. We ended up purchasing a free flow hot tub from them. We have been looking and researching for about a year before buying.

We went to the store to purchase a hot tub. I was given a quote from the new person that was there and the person helping her walked away. I let them know what tub I wanted and told them I would be back on Monday with my card and the cash they needed. I was never told they were not open on Monday. When I left there at 5 minutes before they closed I in my mind thought the hot tub was mine. I called on Monday and the phone was answered and she thought I was someone else and after talking with her and my situation she asked me to come on in even though they were closed. After many texts and calls to the boss and owner nothing was worked out and they never tried to make it right that they sold the hot tub I thought was mine. She apologized over and over but since the girl was new ( that I was dealing with on Saturday) she didn’t know that I was supposed to leave a down payment before I left. Let’s just say I was treated not so great and they lost a customer. I went somewhere else and purchased a hot tub!

Pat and I bought our 3 rd Hot Springs Spa in 29 years from same business in Crossville,TN as a Christmas gift to ourselves.Owner Dennis is fantastic, and his team is wonderful. We had the best experience from start to finish at Hot Spring Spas pf the Upper Cumberland in Crossville, TN. John was patient and eager to answer all of our questions while we browsed the showroom. We found the perfect spa, a Freeflow 4 person plug and play. Misty Wright made the purchase easy with a promised delivery date of August 19th. The delivery was done yesterday and we cant say enough about Roland and his crew. They were quick and professional. The spa is now up and running beautifully. We couldnt be happier. We had originally gone to another pool and hot tub store in Cookeville where we had purchased two hot tubs in the past. We werent treated like good return customers. They made every excuse in the book about low inventory and told us we likely wouldnt receive our tub until November 2020 or possibly January or February 2021. So, hats off to the excellent service provided by Hot Spring Spas of the Upper Cumberland. We will refer anyone looking for great service and a quality product to them.

From the moment we walked in the store, we felt so welcome. Working with Misty Wright was a pleasure. She was with us through every aspect of purchasing our new hot tub. She kept us informed through messages of when to expect our delivery. The guys who made the delivery were amazing! Very hard workers, with attention to every detail. If you are interested in owning a hot tub dont do it wrong do it Wright, Misty Wright and Dean was an excellent help finding a good tub that fit my needs as well as my budget. I would recommend anybody looking into getting a hot tub start here first, they also have some financing options that are available, call or stop by! Also you can take a test soak on a few of the floor models as well so you can be sure before you buy that what you are going to get will work for your needs just as I did.

My sister first checked out Hot Springs Spas for me as I would be moving from FL to TN in 2 weeks. Dean was very helpful in giving her the information I needed. Once I moved in I called Dean and he suggested that we come in for a spa day to try out the different spas. So we did and were pleasantly surprised at the differences in the larger tubs and with the discounts Dean gave me, I was able to purchase a beautiful fully loaded dream hot tub! The delivery went very smoothly, my only concern was that the company does not do the wiring components, nor do they fill the tub and I was worried it might not work correctly. But Dean came out 2 days in a row after work to check on everything and to review the start up and functions of my new hot tub and gave me his cell number that I can call 24/7 if need be. They sold us an overhauled used tub, so far so good. We really enjoy it. We could have bought a cheap new one for the same price, but think we did better buying a higher quality tub with new mechanical parts. Time will tell, so far we are very happy with it.

Weve our hot springs spa for about a month now and we use it almost every day! It makes getting to sleep at night so much easier. The funny thing is we have to get certain things done before we go in the spa because after we are so relaxed we are ready to sleep.The installation went very smooth, Roger the install tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The staff at the store, Eva is friendly and always helpful.The spa works great, I checked our electric bill for last month and compared it to the same month a year ago and the bills are almost the same so it runs pretty efficient.I had a hot tub for about 20 years when we lived in Fla, this is a much nicer spa with a lot more features. We are very happy with our experience with Hot Springs of Upper Cumberland.

Set up of tub was quick. Some adjusting of outlet needed, even after photos sent.I could not remember all the verbal instructions. After reading manual, I still had questions. I returned to the store. Eva gave me a print out of step-by-step care instructions.Comment: The manual has very poor pictures and label arrows of the control panel.The store customer service has been excellent; a real plus for me.Nancy

We have had our SX Spa for a month. We love it! We use it almost every day, sometimes twice a day! The Lift N Glide Lifter makes removing/replacing the cover so easy. The entire experience has been outstanding - from visiting the showroom to installation to follow-up. Personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They even hauled our old hot tub off!

The motor on our hottub stopped working - shorted out with out us realizing it. Crossville was going to experience temperatures in the teens the next day! Called HOT SPRINGS with an emergency and Dave was over in 3 hours to fix. Not only did he fix, but he explained how to empty the tub quickly, and to refill. I am a female and dont understand the technology of spas, (my husband takes care of the spa, he was away and would not be back until late that night. With Daves help I was able to save our hot tub from freezing! THANK-YOU Dave

Hello, we went to Hot Spring Spas in Crossville to check out a hot tub. Before we left we had a down payment on one. Never felt pressured, Dean was a pleasure to work with. Gave us lots and lots of information. I would definitely recommend him and Hot Springs Spas to others.

I spent a lot of time discussing swim spas and hot hot tubs with Dean at Hot Springs Spas. I am a researcher and Dean was patient with all my questions. My husband and I selected a hot tub for our patio. Dean was professional while at the same time he was a lot of fun to work with.

Dean Chipps is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the second spa that we have purchased from them and have nothing but good things to say. When talking to them, comparing other spas, they never had anything bad to say about their compotision, which says a lot about the company. Most places will bash their compotision at the first chance. The product speaks for itself and I would highly recommend both Hot Springs of the Upper Cumberland and Dean Chipps without hesitation.
