They complained about packing up something Im paying them to pack... then the package arrived at its destination with missing pieces and a busted up box. Instead of being helpful, they keep putting me on the back burner and being extremely slow in helping me at all. Do not use them to ship anything. Save yourself the headache.

He the outright rudest man and human being on this earth. There is a reason why your parking lot is always empty. You should be ashamed at how you talk to lady’s and people in general. DIGUSTING!! If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this business.

Quick and friendly service. Janet is very personable and we love her doggie, Mickey.We are happy to do our shipping and mailing from there verses the packed full postal office.We use Duplicate quite often and never had a problem. We will continue to use them when they relocate across from Cracker Barrel as well.Thanks Janet.

Just needed a a few color copies made. The lady behind the counter did a great job following my instructions. You can see its a mom and pop operation.....give them some biz. Staples already does millions.

Very busy but efficient between 12:30 - 3:30P. On Rt. 127 S just after Car Spa. Drive too fast and youll miss it.

I went in to mail FedEx envelopes. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude in assisting me. I would advise anyone seeking to ship packages/parcels via FedEx to find another place. I’ll never visit this store again.
