Decent store, variety of items and the MTO sandwiches have been good. Due to declining availability of stock theres not as many options now but its not their fault it goes back to suppliers. This is the same situation with just about everything.

Mens bathroom sinks are visibly dirty. You can see black in the sinks. Maybe a little bleach will do some good

I stopped to buy food and woman that was were they makes food didn’t have mask. I ask other two that worked there who had mask and they said she’s trained to work. I told them I will not have food if mask is not on nobody care. If you value your life and life of others don’t buy or stop by. NOT SAFE If I get sick will hold them responsible.

The cashiers here are extremely incompetent this is a great gas station if I was the owner of this gas station I would be very concerned about losing all my customers just because of two or three lousy cashiers it will be 15 people in line and they still have only one cashier checking people out also they have no clue how to fix the problem if anything arises with the cash register very very lazy and rude. I spend $100 in diesel here every morning on my way to work but I’m going to pilot after this

It is national pizza day and we are on a budget so why not take advantage of Speedway 2/ 10 dollar large one topping pizza. The pizza was okay. Too much sauce, cheese was good, not cut all the way through which makes it very messy for car picnics. There were several people waiting upfront, one left after a 5 minute wait, one waited and was given a free coffee for his almost 7 minute wait. Two people in food area and no one to check anyone out makes for a bad experience.

The sub sandwich is excellent one of the best Ive had and the staff is very friendly.

I went out of my way to come to this location. It has some of the nicest people in all of Crossville. My children loved coming here each Halloween because of how great the people treated them and it turned into almost a daily trip for the kids.Not many places in this world make you feel truly welcome and this place did that.

I am addicted to this store. They are so very friendly. The donuts are delicious. The store is very laid out. The store is very clean. They have good deals on products all the time. The reward system is the best, if you dont spend the speedy cash there you can get gifts card. Keep up the good work!!!

The computer for ordering food was not working properly and since that also tells them what to put on their burgers and stuff, they didnt know what belonged on my burger. After initially making it wrong, the lady working was great about remaking it right (or at least as right as we could remember). Its not exactly how its normally made but it might be better. Great customer service.

The manager is awesome! He always seems to be busting his butt to make sure the store looks amazing... which it always does. The staff is also very friendly; they too work very hard. Awesome store all around. Big thumbs up!

Clean and neat store, bathrooms, and exterior. Its a quality convenience store with limited food selection and fuel for cars and trucks.

Too slow to be speedy. Ive been in there a few times since the fourth of July and waited a long time in line. Theyve only ever had one register open, even on Friday nights. Decent prices though and a good selection overall. There is a beer cave. They also have low key motorist stuff- like power steering and various fluids.

Upon first impression the store is rather clean. The shower is very clean and generally everything is very professionally looking. These guys have put a lot of hard work in getting this place to look as good as it is. I highly encourage anyone passing through to stop by here.

Was at the store about 9:00 P M to buy diesel fuel. Cashier was on her cell phone on a personal call the whole time that she was waiting on me. The second cashiers boyfriend came in so she closed her register to go to the back corner with him with 4 people standing in line. Very bad customer service. This happened on 5/15

I waited forever on my food And when I finally got the bag I did not check But Gotten 2 food items and but only got 1 now driving down the road still hungry

Always some rude cashier who has zero training in customer service. I would rather drive 20 miles up the road then to deal with such rude people. Ive waiting in line by myself for over 10 minutes while they all sit outside and smoke their cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Wow false advertising at its best there billboards along interstate 40 had gas advertised for $3.26. you get to the station and it says $3.40. I will make sure I call corporate in Ohio

Im there most every day. The 3rd shift cashier took 30 min (timed by the customer using fuel card in a semi that is there every night Monday thru Friday ) to run his fuel receipt for diesel. Meanwhile, there were 7 more customers in line with no register open to help the other customers. I ended up putting my drinks back in the cooler and traded them for cold ones as I had stood in line for 15 min myself. Other employees stated they didnt know how to didnt know how to run the register. I should have replaced my item and went to the store across the road but, I like speedways stores as a whole.but 20 min check out times are rediculous. Please take care of this as if I see her in the store, as the only cashier, I will shop elsewhere. Sincerely, Mike Brown.

Called to talk to a manager and the cashier that answered mocked what I said and laughed hysterically with someone, who I presume is the manager I eventually spoke to after the joke was over. Very unprofessional and rude. We give them alot of business, but not anymore. No respect.

I come here all the time and would have giving it a 5 star but there is an employee that works there that has terrible customer service and the manager never does anything about it.
