Not sure what that other person is talking about, but Elite Repeats is fantastic! Ive had no issue with the new owners or having my items sell. I was freely given the name of the online store and a list is displayed of all the local charities they donate to. Sounds like they might be too proud of the items they brought in and might have done better at a thrift store. I also know enough about the BBB and the store itself to know that if their claims were true, the store would not have the loyal following that it has. I recommend this store to everyone!

Called up about consigning some cloths. They want you to bring them inventory. Clean ok I get that. Hung on hangers. They keep it all unless it is very expensive after so many days. UMM so how do we know if they really try to move the things you bring. And they make more than you do in the end. They take 55 you get 45. Sounds like only stupid people would take them clothes. OOOH yes and there are lots of stupid people in this world. Just look at the big orange monkey that the people are standing behind in the highest office in the land.

When the new owners of this business took over, moved to Crossville at their location on 1230 West Ave I had high hopes of generating some fair monies for my garments. All were names brand and in excellent condition. I dropped off 28 garments (yes have photos) and at the end of the contact I was paid less than $8.00 for all!! Excuse was well we discounted them, they didnt sell, etc. I had gone into the shop the first month and half my items were gone already so a discrepancy in the story they told me. The owners told me they also sell garments on line but would not give me the site, stating it was private. So what I think they did is give me .50 cents per garment, sold them online for their profit. I encourage anyone with an complaint to file with the BBB. When I expressed my disbelief in the less than $8.00 they had no comment!I WILL NEVER CONSIGN WITH THIS COMPANY, NOR SHOP THERE, NOR RECOMMEND THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP-OFF CONSIGNMENT.
