By far the best boats around and off the scale customer service. Need a pontoon go see Chris and you will not be disappointed. Have had mine for over 10 years and get treated like a friend every time I got there.

Local Tennessee made boats. The Leisure Kraft team were great to work with and made sure we received the boat we wanted. Jennifer, Wade, everyone we worked with were nice and helpful. They take pride in their work and service and make a wonderful pontoon. Yes they get busy and sometimes responses are delayed (especially during covid) but give this small business a chance if you are looking for a pontoon that looks great and will last.

First started dealing with Barbara when i stopped in. She showed me some great looking boats. As I started learning more about their boats and company I loved them even more. The boat I bought is fabulous. It actually came about that she is part owner and I ended up meeting most of the family I think! Have taken my boat out 4 times and love it. She actually wasnt there when I picked it up but called me the next week when she got back in town to check and see how things were going. Each time Ive been out on it Ive had a compliment on how beautiful my boat is! Thank you LKP! All the friends and family that have been out so far have also loved it! Thanks guys!O yeah. Also they let me take one of their tailers because mine hasnt arrived yet and bring back anytime.

Got a price for a Bimini top that was ripped off one of my rentals, and called every day for one week trying to get them to ship it. I could never get any response what so ever and after losing way more in revenue than what the Bimini costs, I decided to find someone to drive the top down from Tennessee to Florida. I set all this up with the driver, then called back to pay for top and make sure it was available, and they raised the price on me a substantial amount. I think that is about the absolute worst way to do business and I am just floored that a company which I have so many of their boats would treat me this way, or anyone at all for that matter!Very disappointed with the way things were handled and had I known that was the way they were I could have had an aftermarket top the day after and not lost all the revenue I did. They truly do not care about their customers

11/21/2020 Amy MLeisure Kraft was referred to us because we are new pontoon owners from St. George marina. I stopped in to request boat to be taken out of water, winterize the boat, individual boat seat covers, possibly look at throttle and a switch. It was over 3 weeks & no return phone call so my husband stopped in & they told home the middle of NOV. then later that day the owner called and said he will not touch Lexington boats. He said he does not want to be responsible with the boat if something goes wrong pulling it out of water.I responded isnt that your specialty. Maybe you should not be taking boats out of the water in the future. It was a poor excuse. Why not make me sign a waiver.So I found another company in town. We will never buy anything from Leisure Kraft.

This past April i responded to an ad on craigslist for a 2006 150 Hp Yamaha outboard. . The pictures looked great and i was told the motor was running fine with no damage or issues. I paid for the motor sight unseen taking the business at their word. When i received the motor i was dismayed to discover it was an 04 not an 06. The motor was also severely damaged on the side that they did not take pictures of. On top of that the motor was not running properly and needed major repairs. When i called to complain i was told to ship the motor back and they would refund the price of the motor and 1/2 the cost of the freight. I thought that was great and shipped the motor back to them at a cost of 1274. That was 3 months ago. I have received absolutely nothing from this company. They now have both my money and my motor. Be very very careful when dealing with this business as they are clearly very very unethical. I now have to file a criminal complaint of fraud against this company to try to get my money back. The owner Wade was one of the most ignorant people i have ever dealt with and obviously cares nothing about customer service or the law. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I trusted them and i am now out $7700.00

I recently went to Leisure Kraft to buy parts for my Suzuki outboard motor. They had everything I needed in stock and the girl at the front desk was very helpful!

This company is not to be trusted. Sold me a $6000.00 outboard the was severely damaged. Promised me a refund. I paid $1700.00 to ship the motor back to them and then they lied and said they didnt say they would give me a refund. Wade the owner is one of the most ignorant people i have ever dealt with

I dont know what kind of trailer they have under them now but they are cheap not half as good as the hustler trailer they use to have dont buy cheap.
