Prices were right in line with what were used to paying. The guy that checked us out was friendly and helpful. We mentioned looking for a specific brand and he knew exactly where it was in the store.Great service. Clean store. Helpful and friendly employees. What more do you need?

I have to say I AM REALLY pleased with good times! First of all its my husbands 33rd birthday and while in Gatlinburg a few months ago he found peanut butter whiskey made by ol smoky. He LOVED it but ran out recently. So today I wanted to surprise him with that and a few other things but I had our 16 month old daughter with me.. I called and was told I was more than welcome to bring her in with me which typically other stores wouldnt allow so that was awesome! Store is clean, almost immediately a nice gentleman asked if I needed help and he directed me in the correct area. Ill DEFINITELY be coming back and recommending this store to family & friends 🤗

Good Times has everything we want. The facility is clean. Tha staff is friendly & its convenient for me because restaurants & stores, that I like, are nearby.

I used this place for my wedding back in September(late post I know lol). I worked mainly with Sherri, who was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the products. This was also during the middle of the pandemic and was upfront about what may be difficult to obtain, promptly notified me if it was, and helped find a suitable replacement. She also offered me a discount bc I bought in bulk. Everything went so smooth! They delivered it at the exact time I needed for the reception, and even delivered ice! Lots of ice! Good Times definitely came through for my big day!

Well stocked with a great variety of items at reasonable prices. Always helpful, always friendly and a decent amount of samples available for free testing. Dont forget to ask for your military discount (if applicable).

Really liked that you can sample their liquor (limit of 3 shots, but the shot glasses are super small, like a quarter of a shot) but their beer selection is pretty poor. Nice humidor full of good cigars. Nice folks!

Ive been going in here pretty much since it opened. The people were most always cheerful & professional. Then one day, maybe because of the masks, I went in there & there were totally different people working there. Maybe the other people didnt want to wear the mask. Dont know.I was actually concerned the two guys who insisted on seeing my ID ( Im 62 & disabled) were going to assault me when I told them Ive never been asked for ID in the entire time I went there. Sure enough, there were strange vehicles on my street that weekend. Times are tough & people should be aware of people who try things out of the norm like this.Yada, yada, six weeks later walmart didnt have what I wanted again & I thought Id go in since mornings were when I usually went there & the bad experience was an afternoon. They were training a new person, so it appears weve gone back to what it says on the building- Good Times.The guy who was a partial amputee who worked there before the masks was always very nice & it never seems contrived either & so was the popcorn lady. Its amazing how one or two people can change a business for the worst.

Owner is great. Managers and staff are great. If you are looking for something quick, the selection is unbeatable. If you need something spacial ordered, they also do that.
