Very nice people there.i had a low tire I just pulled up to a bay I was Ina hurry. On my way to the doctor. The nicest man came over I think his name was jay. He checked all my tires aired. Them up and got me on my way.. very politely he said you are ready to go... He was very professional and kind great place to go for help!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This place is awesome. We were heading back from Sturgis, SD when our camper blew a tire on the interstate. My husband changed the tire but broke the valve stem. Called Good Sam with whom we have roadside assistance. They said it would be $155 just to bring air. We waited for over an hour for someone to call back with a time that someone would be there. In the meantime, we called Best-One Tire. They got there within 30 minutes and fixed our tire for $58.00. The guy was super nice and provided great service. I will shout from the rooftops how awesome they are! Thank you again!!

Today was my first and last visit to best-none.Took my truck in to have adjustible camber bushings Installed. They called and said they couldnt get the old bushing out and they didnt have time to mess with it. Mind u I made an appointment a week ago to have this done.Picked up the truck and the bushing was all messed up because they didnt no how to remove it properly.now its gonna cost me more money to have it pressed out because you cant get a puller to grab it because they destroyed the top of the bushing. Thank for nothing.

These people are the best. Billy has been doing work for me for years. They have a super good crew that go the extra mile. Billy is my go to guy for wheel balancing, alignments. I have an antique car and I trust him to do whats right.Their rates are fair and they are HONEST. Cant be said for lots of shops.

They got the car in quick but then quoted $475 for a window regulator. We told them to do an alignment and balance the tires. They charged $125 for that. What really made me angry is the $10 environmental fee. Thats just straight dishonesty. The is no fee to patch a tire. Found another shop down the road that quoted $151 on the regulator. Never again.

First time going here to get an oil change and tire rotation. Husband always did our own oil change but its getting to be a hassle. So we went this morning and they have a place to wait for ur car to be serviced. Theres a tv, coffee, soda and free wifi. Great prices and people are so nice. And have to say.. they have the sweetest dog behind the counter.We Will be using Best One Tire from now on.

I had a small tractor tire come off the rim and fill up with mud and they took care of it by cleaning all the mud out and getting it re-set on the rim. They charged me a very fair price.Then a few months later a friend of mine needed a new set of tires for his truck so i sent him here and they did a great job for him. The best thing for me was that they were able to get him in and out very quickly because i needed his help with my building project.

I get all my vehicle maintenance done there. Greg and Wes are wonderful to deal with to meet a customers needs.

The guys at Best One Tire were truly my angels in a crisis. My Volvo developed a nasty shudder at high speeds at 11 pm on I-40. At 7:30 am, the next morning, I linked into Best One. Not only were they willing to work on my Volvo, they diagnosed the problem very quickly and worked around my need to continue along I-40 to a hospitalized parent. The work was professional, done on time and everyone was so kind to me when I was so stressed out. I highly recommend Crossville Best One!

Got a rental car in Nashville that had a tire with a punctured sidewall, we ended up having to replace it ourselves because the rental companys customer service was less than accommodating. Greg took extra time to find us an inexpensive tire and got it all wrapped up like we were the only ones in the store that day, which I know we werent. Best customer service Ive experienced anywhere in a long time.

This was my first time using best one tire and auto. I was very impressed by the way the staff treated me was not rushed along and they took the time to properly identify what the problem was on my car. I also had new tires installed and again they took the time to properly do an alignment and balancet tires. The car drives great and rides great now. I highly recommend them and they will be getting more of my business.

I needed a used tire to get me by for a few weeks. I called them and they told me they had several used tires to fit my truck. I went over to their store and they were very nice. The waiting area was very clean and relaxing. It didnt take them long to put the tire on my truck. Ive bought used tires before and they definitely have to best prices around. When they finished they gave me my keys and I walked out the door and they had my truck sitting at the front door waiting on me! I will be going back soon for an alignment and brand new tires. I would recommend anyone to this store! Very friendly, good prices, and good customer service!

Friendly, honest, dependable, helpful.

We had a blowout on the interstate between Monterey and Crossville. Best One was recommended to us by another company for our situation. They were polite and responsive. The repair man was quick to make contact, stayed in touch while in route and had us repaired quickly and efficiently. Even though we were after hours they were affordable. I would highly recommend this company!

For us, they were very accomodating. We went in with a flat tire. We needed to be at a doctor in another town in a couple of hours. They worked us in. The tire was shot, so we bought a new one, had it mounted and balanced, and were on our way. Good selection of tires from various manufacturers. Friendly staff.

I trust Best One completely to be fair and do right by the customer. I have used them for seven years with no issues performing basic maintenance and buying tires.

They were very kind and honest with me.I expected them to tell me the most expensive thing was wrong, no! They told me the lesser one and also took off the price of testing so I can come back and have work done. That was the best case I could ask for.

Dishonest! Wanted to charge 700 dollars for a job that only cost 420 at crossville service center. Skip this place and go see Tony at crossville service center. Hes honest! Best one dishonestly claimed they needed to add more labor hours.

Very nice and helpful. When they schedule you for new tires they make sure your tires are in by then or they will take care of you. They didnt reschedule me because my tires werent there, they worked around that and seen that I was taken care of. 4 stars because prices are a little high, but service does make up for that.

Best One Tire in Crossville Tennessee is the best place got get any tire your looking for. Personally will never buy tires from anywhere else. Bedt One has a service dependent as well, I have been very fortunate with my vehicles so i have not had the privilege of working with their service department but I have heard nothing but great reviews from Best One Tire service department. I have purchased tires from Best One on a few occasions and ALL staff was very friendly and willing to go out of the way to make sure you get what you want and the cheapest rate possible. If your in Crossville and need tires or your vehicle serviced I guarantee you will always go back!

Do not take your vehicle here. The mechanics discovered $2,000 worth of unnecessary repairs they recommended having done. Honesty and integrity do not seem to be valued at Best-One.

Money was tight at the time my tire blew out. I couldnt afford a new tire anywhere. They gave me a really good deal on a used tire. They helped me in a time of need. Not many places are like that anymore. I am a customer for life. Thank you very much

My wife has had her vehicle at Best One several times and every time your techs get in they leave greasy boot prints on the carpeting. Most places put a paper mat down. They cost about 10 cents each in bulk. It costs me $20 and two hours of my time to clean up your mess.

Good deal on 80,000 mile tires. Found needed tie rods and alignment. Car drives like new. Did not try to sell stuff I did not need like shocks.
