It was raining, and I desperately needed wiper blades. I was traveling with my siblings from South Carolina and I stopped at AutoZone. The woman at the counter was super friendly. I didnt even have to ask and she had changed my wipers for me! Super friendly and helpful. Thank you AutoZone.

Called to order a part over the phone that they didnt have in stock, the guy asked what vehicle I was working on gave him all the information, then he said he was with another customer and said he would have to put me on hold. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up. Waited a few minutes and called back and no one answered the phone. This is was at 7:25 pm not there busy hours.

Store manager and half the staff are very rude. Waited in line for 10 minutes while they stood behind the counter with no customers talking and I asked if they were open on this side and just got ignored. I ended up going across the road to advance and was treated a lot better. Every time I go in I feel like everyone hates their job and catch attitude.

The only thing I do not like is the mark up prices for major auto parts in comparison to online shopping.Other than that if you need tools and any other item in the store on display are reasonably priced.

Today I received a blessing on Thursday my car wouldnt start so I got a neighbor to jump me off. I took it to Advanced and they said my battery and alternator were fine. This morning I go to leave again my car wouldnt start. This time I took it to Auto Zone and Tina checked my battery and it was bad. I honestly didnt have the cash Ive been out of work for surgery and being a single mom money is tight. Tina took me in the store and the next thing I know she hands me my receipt for a new battery. With everything going on in this world today she helped me and I am very grateful. Thank you Tina so much.

Crossville TN AutoZone really deserves a negative star.I strongly dislike the Crossville AutoZone, I took an alternator core in today to get a refund on it, Manager Jeff pulled it up in my name that I bought it the day before. I told them to put it back on the card I used to buy it and that there is no need for a cash exchange, I dont keep up with receipts because the computer keeps up with it. They asked me for the card and I replied I dont have it and to just do it electronically and I wasnt asking for any cash. AutoZone has already recieved the money from my account so any AutoZone should be able to pay me back my money by adding it to the account used to buy it or handing it over in cash. Crossville AutoZone is the only AutoZone that I have ever had issues with, Algood, Cookeville and Sparta are all pleasant to deal with so its not an AutoZone issue, ITS A CROSSVILLE AUTOZONE ISSUE!!!.

Needed to get a new battery, they didnt have it in stock. The guy working the front register called a competitor to see if he could find it for me. The guy even jumped my car when it wouldnt start as I was leaving. Great customer service.

The guy working that day told us, without even looking up, that he couldnt replace a battery if we bought one since it was under the wheel well. My battery is not under the wheel well. This store just didnt want to sell a battery today.

One of your managers, really needs to learn customer service. I bought a steering wheel cover from there a month ago and debated on whether or not I liked it. I decided I didn’t and I explained it to this so called manager. Older gentleman heavyset. I told him I didn’t like it and I didn’t need it and asked him if there was anything he could do. He then tells me that’s not a legitimate return reason. Really?? If I don’t like something and don’t need it it’s not a return reason.Thats okay though next time I’ll go across the street too advanced they are actually friendly. The guy I dealt with acted like I was ruining his whole day. Horrible attitude.

My cars alternator went out while driving on the interstate and I made it to the AutoZone. Jeff helped me get the car started again and found a place to put the alternator on for me on a Saturday afternoon. When my car died on the way to the repair shop, he came and jumpstarted the car and made sure I made it to the shop. Excellent customer service
This is a last resort for me and Crossville Tennessee because the customer service is terrible. The employees do you not like to hell and there is always long lines for purchases. While standing in line there will be several employees wandering around the store stocking shelves are talking to one another not willing to assist at the registers. Nor do they want to answer your questions or give you assistance when needed.
Been standing in line for 15 min and counting, still here at register, would like to leave but I have a refund and a repurchase .Now I have a guy Jeff says he cant do return, called a lady from back Miss Shannon in her jeans and street clothes, no thank you just rude .
I like to stop at Auto zone for answers. They are usually very helpful. There are times theyre new and Google their answers. Thats why they have only 4 stars this time.

This is my go to place but over the years it has gotten pretty chincy on the supplies. And I hate the crowds. They also have some weird system where you need to wait in the service line to checkout because nobodys at the checkout register.
