My Hotpoint dryer suddenly stopped working. It was over 7 years old. Called Brian & he suggested pulling off the dryer timer knob & switching the other knob over to the timer location & testing to see if it run. IT DID! He told me to order a replacement knob online -which I did. The new knob costs $11 plus shipping. Brian saved me the cost of a new dryer. This man was very busy & I had never used him before, yet he took time to help me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional & experienced appliance repairman. Maxine Waldo

Brian was the only repair service to return my call. He was able to tell me what to do re problem with Maytag refrigerator. I followed his instructions and didnt need him to come out. He is professional in all respects. I highly recommend his service.

I would give more than 5 stars 🌟 I needed a washer bad and had 1 in storage for about a year thought it was worth fixing but after talking to crossville appliance repair he suggested to just buy a new one. Now that is true honesty he could have came and repaired but knew it would cost more than a new washer. I will definitely use when I have problems with any appliance.

I live in Jamestown and Brian came out the first day I called. My refrigerator freezer drain was frozen and leaking water. He came out and fixed it. He was courteous, nice and really cares about his customers. He is the best.!!!!Do not bother calling Burgess Repair in Crossville as I had called them and the man on phone was rude and retorted that he would never come out 38 miles to Jamestown which would be a total waste of his time. He did not care about anyone who did not live in Crossville Tn. But Crossville Appliance Repair is the place to call when you need an appliance fixed. He will do a good job!!! and they care about the customers!! Thank you Brian for doing such an excellent Job. Our washing machine stopped working after only 3 months. It was under warranty and GE sent Bryan. He was very busy but came as soon as he could. He replaced the board, but it still wouldnt work. He ordered the motor and as soon as he got it he returned and completed the repair. He is very respectful and polite. He had the washer back in operation within the hour. We are new to the area, but have a repair man we can trust. Will recommend him to all my friends.
