Rude on the phone, the pharmacist assumes he knows the answer to your question before you ask it, (very condescending)

Short wait. All the pharmacists are helpful with interactions and maximizing your benefits (which can be difficult with todays health care). They are also friendly in a place that cannot be easy to work.

Never too long a wait, shop while you wait.
