Convenient location to pickup medications from in the area since we all shop at walmart. Just watch out for when they close down for lunch. Would think they would have more staff but always feels like there is only 1 of each kind if pharmacy staff there as the lines can take awhile as customers have lots of questions.

This is a fine pharmacy. Like most others Ive been to. Its nice that they have a parking lot pick up option. If you dont want to or cant go inside you can sit in a special parking spot in row 4 if I remember right and call the number 6829134 and give your information and they bring it right out to you. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is that their express pay inside isnt working rhe express pay is where you use the mobile app to do everything and scan a code at the express pay part to bypass the line and get done quicker. Im really disappointed that isnt up and running. Its a big time saver.

Disheartening and disgusting to watch them, including the VERY LOUD pharmacist on site today gossip about patients. It’s already an extremely slow pharmacy that tells you your medicine will be ready and either it gets lost or they can’t find it. Lady lied and said my doctor just called it in when that was an obvious lie. Be courteous to who is standing in line instead of helping people who walk up out of nowhere.

LOVE this pharmacy! They are always very nice and the Pharmacists are awesome, but Nick is my favorite! They are quick to get my prescriptions refills and I love that I get text messages to remind me.

I had to stand in line 4 different times to pick up my sons prescription (which was ready) due to a minor change in my insurance plan and“Rachel’s” unwillingness to assist with researching a group number (which by the way I found out later is not patient specific.) It would have literally taken her 2 minutes to locate this number. I also did not appreciate her snarky attitude and lack of patience. Publix always goes the extra mile to help their customers and has quick friendly service. I will be filling all of my future prescriptions there.

I have used this pharmacy for several years now, the staff is always prompt and very courteous, awesome customer service.So I was very surprised to see a review that was so bad, maybe you were the one having the bad day Mamie especially being that it looks like you werent happy with any place in Crestview!

Never had a problem. Always had my daughters RX ready within a couple hours. Once I went to the pharmacy and used the text option to let me know when it would be ready while I went grocery shopping. I got the text about 30 minutes later that it was ready. I wasnt finished shopping yet!

Although this post undoubtedly will fall on deaf ears, I have to say this is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I do not know if the staff is underpaid or overworked or both. They could all use a good Customer Service 101 class because their skills are all quite poor. Most of the time when Ive even just walked by they appear to have faces on that you would think clearly they must all be having a bad day. I dont understand that, if you dont like dealing with the public, why get a job where you have to? Everyone is certainly entitled to a bad day, but every day? And why have several windows to process scripts, etc, but only use one or have staff for one, especially, when there is a long line of people? If you dont feel well, the last thing you want to do is sit and wait for a long time for a prescription. Better customer service skills/kindness + speed = happier customers.

Store is clean and uncluttered, pharm employees very nice and helpful, use it from time to time. Home health supplies could be stocked better and kept more organized.

Always wait for an age to get service! Only ever 1 person at the window with a line going on forever! Never changes been like this for years! No smiley faces just frowny faces! Walgreens and CVS always friendlier but I have to use Walmart!! If I could use half a star I would!!!

Didn’t verify with my prescriber what my prescription was for. So I go in on Friday to pick up my medication which is life or death for my baby, and I can’t pick it up until Monday because they have to speak with my provider again. Did they not have to go to school to get their license? Because someone is not doing their job right.

I have shopped at Wal-Mart pharmacy in other locations but havent used this pharmacy. My aunt gets my uncles medicine here and she really likes the staff here.

Very nice service and moves very fast

Today was my first bad experience here I went to get my medicine they were helping a customer Im waiting and waiting to get my prescription they tell me they are closed and closed on me when they were just helping a customer I felt like It was wrong
