Do not. I repeat. DO NOT give these guys your business. He ( I think his name is Reddy. Indian guy, strong accent) is rude, inconsiderate, and lacks simple customer service. The guy couldnt even show me how to properly load and tie my vehicle to the tow dolly. I had to figure it out by myself but in the end went to Hard Core Towing instead. They are the best U-Haul service in Crestview. Notice they have a 5 star rating. Food Mart has none. AND my bank flagged this business as suspicious. Everybody has their own experience but why chance it. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place all together.
