Quite possible the worst online experience ever. Route 32 auctioned an item and then gave it to a shipper who is charging outrageous fees to ship the item, all without authorization. They have no customer service and despite saying they will call you back do not do so. I have been dealing with them for over 2 weeks and am so over their whole charade. Do not do business with them or plan on contacting the state attorney general for fraud because they are terrible.

How can an auction house be so unethical? I was the online high bid at $60 going into the live bid. The opening bid was $300! How is that? I was listening to the live broadcast and they did this on 90% of the lots. How can be right? Im not being a sore loser cause theres always gonna be someone out bidding you. But really? I wont be bidding from them again.

Never again. Bought a lot on 11april 2021 for $500. After fees $612.50 (expected). One month later still dealing with shipping hassles and finally charged $130 for an item that normally ships for $40 or less. Total bill $742.50 for a month delay and totals exceeded retail values. Not a fan nor willing to recommend. Thanks for allowing us internet bidders line your pockets while you favor in house bidders, without us your profits would not be the same. Without you we would not waste hard earned money. Never again.

DONT USE THIS AUCTION HOUSE THEY SWITCHED TO A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME SEVERAL TIMES. MISSING ONE ITEM FROM THE LOT ALSO. VERY BAD RUDE SERVICE NEVER AGAIN!

I prebid on a sign on proxibid and was the highest bidder going into todays live auction. I spent all day watching the live auction waiting for the one sign I wanted, I was the opening bid at $150, then someone in house bid $175 so I clicked to bid $200 and a box popped up telling me I wasnt eligible to bid on the auction??? So the sign sold for $175!! I will never waste my time again with this place! I called right away and gave the lady my info but of course nothing was done!

Outsourced shipping. Was charged 99.48 to ship an item that cost 300$. Parcel fee was 14$ total. 85$ in gas and labour charges.

Unbelievably poor service!! Won 2 lots on April 10 FINALLY received shipping quote on May 18 (after calling 3rd party shipper numerous times). THEN the shipping quote was at a minimum 40% higher than what it should have been.Will never do business with them again.
