Sara was a real pleasure to meet. She is an expert at what she does.. Convenient location. The staff was very professional and friendly. There was no waiting. There was no pressure to buy aids. And the test was free. I made a appointment for next year. I strongly recommend making an appointment. Why not?

I was a bit hesitant about having a hearing test, but I was immediately put at ease from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Elaine. The office is bright and welcoming and very Covid friendly as well. Sara conducted the test and all questions and worries were very professionally handled. I will definitely be recommending this BHAC to all my friends who are growing weary of saying Can you repeat that?

I was hesitant to say the least, worried about how they would look and only being 45. Its the best thing I did. Im not self-conscious about background noise, and I hear so much better. Absolutely the best product out there. The only thing better is their service. Mark has gone above and beyond to make sure my aids were working at top efficiency, and has helped my 97 year old grand mother with her hearing aids. I met Mark Zarrella about 10 years ago when my lack of hearing was affecting my daily life and work. My job as a research scientist required me to attend classes/seminars/meetings. After a comprehensive exam Mark knew exactly what to do. He totally understood my situation and immediately provided me with answers. Through the years Mark has had my aids upgraded at exactly the right times. He is patient and understanding and always met me with a smile. Mark made me feel comfortable with my loss and not ashamed. I still have some trouble understanding some people but I cannot imagine what my life would be like without Mark Zarrella and my Beltone devices.
