I was here on 8-6-21 and needed a paper laminated. The customer service from the copy and print department was the worst I have experienced. There was an employee there who had no name tag and this was the same person who attended me. I was told 2 different wait times with more than an hour apart. She was very rude and even asked us to leave because of the wait even after I told her I don’t mind waiting. I always go to staples for my printing needs but this is the first and last time I will be attending this staples.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! The manager there is very condescending.I bought a printer there two years ago I also bought their warranty that they said is a swap out if something goes wrong. went there today two years after with my 4 year warranty papers and he said staples doesnt deal or sell this warranty company any longer and I will need to do down the rabbit hole of calling the 1-800 number. Worst customer service ever. I will never step foot in that door again. being in the service business I know what customer service is! They really need to get it together after spending thousands with staples over the years they lost all my business. For What? 200.00 thats what this is all about. I will now do business with Amazon instead of keeping my money local. very disappointed in the way I was treated today at staples.

Only customer in the store basically- just needed one thing printed and the guy was either too lazy or too busy for me. He even asked me if I needed help after staring at him for some time. Of course I say yes, and he ignored me and just continued with what he was doing. Now I’m aggravated and go to walk out and he has the nerves to say he was trying to help me. Which clearly he was not. I ended up leaving to go to the one in Warwick, they have great customer service there and actually care about their customers. Oh and after I left I called to make sure the paper I was trying to print wasn’t stored in anything- which was another chance for him to apologize but no, he didn’t.

Customer Service is ABOVE & BEYOND!! I want to thank the Staff in assisting me with my purchase from beginning to end!! And in between my own error of dismantling a chair 😕. Thank you Ms. Karen and Mr. Mike for easing my clumsiness in a quick manner!! Funny moment bringing in a piece that belonged to my car!! Thank you Ms. Karen for figuring that part out!! LoL!! In addition I want to Thank Mr. John and Mr. Shane in assisting with an unexpected purchase of my office chair!! Thank You Guys!!

Business center. I have small but regular printing jobs. They have decided that the bigger jobs determine they will not help me in any reasonable period of time.Any other Staples in the area would be preferable.

Went there asking for help. And nobody help me. They were 3 people at the counter . And she just kept saying she was busy. Very horrible service. I had to walk out of there. They saw me walking out and didnt care.

Good store with a good selection. But a man with no mask was walking around, and the employees didn’t do, or say anything about it.

On a few occasions I was running late and arrived 30 minutes before closing and rushed to make photocopies on the self-service machine. The staff was so courteous that they waited until I finished even beyond closing time. Wonderful workers with a heart!

This Staples is by far the BEST Staples establishment I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the man working in the printing department. Had such a great experience there, will definitely be back the next time I have an office supply need!

Anid is the roughest argumentative person I have ever encountered. He’s miserable and will try to do anything to make you upset (smh). He doesn’t have any efficient customer service skills at all. The crazy thing is that my cousin had a similar experience and after I described the guy, she said it had to be him she dealt with and her experience was at a different location so he must have gotten transferred from South Bay because of his nasty attitude. The manager Karen doesn’t make it any better. My next step is a corporate complaint because he shouldn’t be treating people like that and doesn’t need to work there if he can’t handle it. He has to be stopped.

Great place to get your office supplies, just remember to do your homework on prices and if you find it on line for less bring price and have them price match it for you - because their online prices are cheaper than the in-store price.

The printing staff at this location is amazing! I needed 5 binded presentation packets each totaling 146 pages that needed to be completed ASAP. Not only did the staff cater to this last minute demand, they got it to me earlier than expected! I would definitely recommend this location for any business needs :). GO STAPLES!

The customer service is very poor, there is lack of communication between employees, employees doesnt value customer times, waited two hours for print work, all because associate needed a lunch break, disregard for customer needs, very clean, but service can be a lot better.

Wow! I have been on hold with Staples for over 10 minutes, and I am just trying to see if they have my ink cartridge in stock. Someone finally answered the phone, and said she will check on it. I was then placed on an additional hold for over 15 minutes!! It would have been faster for me to drive there myself and check, I have no idea what the staff here is doing, absolutely unacceptable. We run a business and do not have time for this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Great selection of office supplies for home or for the office. The staff is very friendly and helpful and humorous. I have never bought Staples at Staples, but I plan to.

Printing Department is terrible! They never have the jobs by the date promised. To get their price match policy promises is like an actual wrestling match. Must fight just to get the advertised prices from competitors. Doug is inept and rude. The General Manager Karen has had to step in and make it happen for us.

Went in there for just three copies and I could only get two done on some extra long paper before I had enough and left.

WOW! My Mom went to get 6 copies and was not charged 96 cents but was charged $1.68 the manger said it was an interruption fee because she was in the middle of a project and had to help a customer so she was overcharged for the copies! There was no other customers around but she was doing printing and shes had to stop to help my handicap mother and check her out. So now stores are charging fees to wait on customers this is now outrageous!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would rather drive to a staples farther from home than deal with these people, Im there calling for someone to help me but the girl at the counter is too busy talking to the guy next to her, so i get in line & she looks at me a couple of times but continues to talk. I finally get her attention, she says there is nothing she can do & I ended up working the copier myself.

If you are trying to get someone on the phone you are better off to drive there and check yourself...hold times of over 10 minutes for someone to answer the main phone is mind boggling!

Service was ok when I went there, but the cashier lady had a snarky attitude. Forgot her name. I remember I went in to look at printers before the last big snowstorm hit, and tried talking to this one guy with glasses, I think his name was Bill, about the different models. I dont know if maybe it was just me, but he sounded a little buzzed or inebriated like his speech was kinda slurred or sluggish... I dont know what that was about, maybe he had a bad day, but other than that he seemed like he could talk to me about printers in his sleep. Other than those things, I got what I needed.
