Very friendly and helpful staff the food was great and the environment was very clean. There is plenty of parking that extends towards the back.

I’ve been coming here for years, most of the time the food and drink are good . But more often then not my single breakfast sandwich always seems to come out wrong, missing something I’ve added on it . I probably wouldn’t make a fuss about it if this didn’t happen the last 2 or 3 times I’ve ordered it . But when your paying premium prices for a breakfast sandwich, you have that expectation that it’s going to come out perfect, just the way you ordered . So unfortunately this review is coming during time eating my disappointing breakfast. I’m not sure who in their right mind charges $7 for a bagel sandwich, (besides Disney) but it didn’t taste like a $7 sandwich . Make sure your order is right before you leave the building . All I wanted was tomato added, not too hard . But nope, charge me for it and then don’t put it in . And that’s why I’m upset . This is a prime example why people go to Dunkin’ . It’s Cheaper and tastes the same . Just saying .

Warm friendly service, I unfortunately didn’t get her name but the person taking our order was friendly and helpful. She did a great job triaging the line. The coffee was notably good. Comfortable inviting atmosphere.

My latte was fresh and nice and hot the service was great as well … I had a “Jess wrap” that was super yummy … the place is nice a cozy and clean lots of room for social distancing …

Traveling from Florida and I wanted to visit a local Cafe. Found this gem. The lady behind the counter with short blonde hair had an amazing personality and customer service. Plus the pistachio nut muffin was delicious.

I like my coffee black and my tea in the harbor. This place has a huge variety of blended beverages, specialty coffees and drinks. I cant rank higher as I wouldnt explore the menu. Black iced coffee was good!

I would have rated it better but not a good morning. The morning crew is sweet and great friendly workers but there are lines to the door with one sweet person on. Not a good morning here at all. This is not fair! I think two people are needed here in the morning. I’m a daily customer. I see it all! 😞

I hadnt been to this location before(and is the closest to me!). My brother was visiting and he wanted to go to an internet cafe, so I suggested this one. I joined him later there for lunch, on a rainy day, and it was very pleasant spending a couple hours with no one rushing us.

Food was good as usual, but the Hazelnut coffee wasnt Hazelnut, but Hazelnut flavored...two different things...flavored was sweet...yuch.

Great spot with local flavor. Friendly staff Comfortable, well-loved furniture. Decaf latte brewed a little light for my taste. Acai bowl is an awesome power meal.

The food when made to order is good. However on about 3 separate times ( I know why go back ) the order is messed up. Posted photo of no ham order has been uploaded.

Management: Teach your employees that every customer should be treated as though it was their 1st time in your shop. Not everyone knows how your store works, where things are (like sugar on a high counter) and simply asking if I meant to order my coffee black. Ive gotten better communication from non-english speakers in a Hong Kong coffee shop.In the end the coffee was watered down and terrible.

The coffee and food are great, although I come to this location often, and have been for years, I still expect to have my order made wrong or coffee re-made. For some reason, the training the of the workers seems to lack. I like the food and coffee, but go in to this location knowing well that something will not be made right. Today, I went and ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant- simple... they forgot the cheese. I ordered a caramel nut biscotti coffee with mocha sauce, soy milk no sugar, when I received it, it was made with sugar and no mocha. When it was re-made, it was made without sugar but the kid made it by mixing mocha coffee flavor rather than the sauce. I don’t know when this will change at this location.

Loved it. Very cool. Much like a more creative Starbucks but they actually cook the food in a kitchen. Nice atmosphere. Amazing Pomegranate Iced Tea!

Best iced coffees ever

Staff needs a lot more training. The person working the register did not know how to put the order in, ok that happens. I ordered a panini, acai bowl, muffin, and two frozen drinks. The panini and acai bowl were made incorrectly, the drinks were switched up and after driving away I discovered there was no muffin in the bag. Not sure how so many things can go wrong with a single order.

Italian fig sandwich overloaded with figs, despite express instructions to the contrary. And $3.75 cappuccino was way lighter than lower priced Starbucks tall cappuccino.

I usually never have an issue when I go there but on Thursday (8/13/2020) I was pretty disgusted with what I witnessed. We ordered 2 sandwiches and stepped to the side. During the process of making our sandwiches the individual wiped the sweat from his forehead and immediately put his hand on the sandwiches. Being in uniform and not wanting to make a scene we took the sandwiches, left and proceeded to throw them out.

I placed my order online and the staff member thought that I was an uber driver after I told him I was not and treated me very unprofessional and rude

Good coffee and a bagels

This location has just been disappointing lately. My girlfriend and I have been coming here regularly for a year plus a few months, and we got to know everybody who worked there. We were greeted by name everytime we came in and they often knew what we ordered. Now the atmosphere is completely different as expected, but also the quality is completely different, which is the disappointment. I cant finish any coffee I order anymore as its just bad. I order my coffee with regular cream and sugar and I never get sugar, or at least very, very little. Every time I ask for more I get greeted with a rude I just put sugar in there or my favorite thats not how it was ordered, and Im forced to feel guilty about having my coffee made wrong. We usually order a South Jess Wrap with egg whites, and 8 out of the last 10 times its come with yolks included, which causes a littany of stomach issues for us. Why dont we go back and have them fix it? Oh, we tried once. We were told wed need to wait at least 30 minutes as the line was long. Nobody there knew how to issue refunds as they are all new, and we couldnt wait the 30 minutes. It was suggested to come back the next day and surprise, nobody had any idea what we were talking about when we said we ordered a sandwich yesterday but didnt get it, they said we could get it today. Most likely because thats not how any business operates. In summation, I used to love this location, but its operations and management of day to day operations has declined immensely and Im at the point where Im not going to spend money to throw away most of a coffee and a sandwich everyday.

The girl at the counter was nice, but everything else was slightly off.I ordered a large drip coffee and the cashier seemed not to know what that was. Had to rephrase three times before she understood what i want. I didnt even get a large, I reciveved a medium.We also ordered a large mocha and got a large coffee with chocolate sauce in it. Not a mocha. I also had to go back inside as my food was not in the bag with the other item.Coffee is nothing great but its okay. Muffin was dry. Apparently the eggs were pretty good.

Never, ever, had a bad experience or meal here.

Very nice coffee shop in Cranston. They have really good baked foods. I love their cheese bagels and my kids love their muffins. Nice atmosphere, and the staff is excellent.

Im not a coffee fanatic. This review is about the sandwich. The coffee was OK. I had the thanksgiving sandwich, turkey and stuffing on a bagel. Not very good. Very little turkey. 2 thin deli slices of turkey. Lots of stuffing. More than an inch in places. Completely overwhelmed the turkey. While I like stuffing, this sandwich was basically stuffing on a bagel. The stuffing was good and the bagel was ordinary but OK. But the combination was just too much bread. Really need a lot more turkey.

Brewed Awakenings is certainly better than your local Dunkin Donuts. The bakery items are fresh and baked to a really nice consistency. The place is rather cozy, ample parking and easy to locate from the main road. The staff is attentive suoer friendly and very courteous. Overall if you are looking for a hipster place to drink your coffee this is certainly the place for you.

Nice place great atmosphere and service was awesome. Coffee was amazing. You can have your meeting or any work done here. Its a very relaxing place. Snacks options was nice. Overall for me it was a nice experience as I have to complete some of my work and this place was the best. I like it!!

Such a great experience. The barista made a fresh pot of hazelnut coffee for me and we had a really nice conversation while I waited.Nice atmosphere, lots of space to work if you are trying to get some things done. Great snack options and tons of coffee flavors to try. Would recommend to locals and to those who are just visiting, it’s an easy trip from the airport so you might as well.

Amazing drinks and food.

I stopped by here on a trip with my friend, and we were blown away by the place. Its incredibly unique looking both on the outside and the interior. The logos and design of the menu especially stand out. Great staff, and the barista was great, in demeanor and ability. The drinks were great, and I look forward to making it back there one day.

Every time I go to this location I see at least one person not wearing a face mask. Last I checked, it was the law to require all businesses to enforce it but the staff here dont seem to care because they never say/do anything about it.

Great coffee selection and huge choice of goodies. Sandwiches are made to order and come out hot. Hot cocoa is made with steamed milk and whipped cream.

I prefer smaller places over chains but the coffee is just okay. I dont think the person making my drink was trained well enough, she didnt know the difference between a latte and cappuccino. Overall nice place to meet up with people for business or personal.

This place was awesome. There was a decent line when I got there and it moved fast. I got a hot chocolate which was amazing and a the awakening breakfast sandwich was was super tasty and flavorful (bacon, ham, sasuage, egg, and American cheese, on a toasted everything bagel). I will be back next time Im in the area and would reccomend it.

They have fanastic teas and coffee and the staff is knowleable and helpful. There are also comfy places to hang out. I love it and go there for coffee when Im in the neighborhood I think their coffee is the best around.

Really good food! Actual sliced meats, not preservative loaded pre-sliced junk. I like the South County Sandwich, roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and horse radish mayo, except I get provolone cheese instead. Their mocha lattes are really good too!

Rude employees!! When i first came in the place was jamming so I sat down and got my lap top set up and checked my emails. I could see one of the employees staring me down watching my every move (not sure why see wasnt busy helping customers) . Not even 15 minutes later a woman came over to me to say that I have to buy something to stay here. She was rude about it. I was giving them time to catch up with the wave of people that came in but I guess that was my bad! Also there is a big sign that says No outside food or beverage allowed on their counter top. They must encounter this problem a lot. Maybe if they offered better food that wasnt full of sugar and other crap people would actually want to eat it! I will never come back to this place. I only tried it because Star bucks in Cranston is smaller and busier. I will be back to Star bucks tomorrow.Even with all the above stuff aside their lattes are awful!

Love the fact that all of their flavor coffees are brewed, NOT flavor shots! Also, flavor of coffee is much preferable to that of Dunkin. Plus... The coffee is consistent, unlike Dunkin. If you want a better coffee for roughly the same price, go the extra bit and come here, youll be much more satisfied with your coffee fix!! The food is delicious as well!

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee. Traffic around the area is bad. The coffee was only ok. I got a medium regular hot brew but it had a chemical taste like you get from flavored coffees. The ambience was nice.

Awful business. Completely disorganized. I ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich which was given to the wrong customer and then brought back in and I was expected to take it after someone else touched it. These people have no service etiquette and thats a major food violation. Dont support this place

The coffee is ok but the pistachio muffin with walnuts is excellent.The breakfast muffin sandwich on the other hand was bland, dry and devoid of any flavor. For 50¢ all they added was one tiny slice of what seemed like Roma tomato instead of two or at least a single beef tomato.

The staff are super kind and completely willing to accommodate special requests.Updated: 4/20/2018Once again the staff is amazing, and the drinks are great.Anais is one of the friendliest, kind people I have come across in a very long time. Its the staff that make this place worth coming to over and over again.

This particular Brewed is a little small and so is the parking lot, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have great breads, sandwiches, pastries, and coffees! I always stop by when I’m in the area, and you should too! If there’s no parking, you can just park at the CVS next door

Ordered quote a large mocha and the guy, without asking for details, made me an iced coffee with chocolate syrup in the bottom??? Multiple issues with this. 1) Thats gross, the syrup would get hard and clog the straw, who would ever want that and 2) a mocha is supposed to be hot/iced cocoa with espresso. He was probably just new, so I didnt give a 1 for not asking more questions, but WHY is iced coffee with syrup an option for mocha???

Hard banana bread asked to exchange it for something else was only offered the equally hard piece of banana bread asked if I could get something else, the girl sighed and rolled her eyes. The guy commeneted and said your not the first person to say that today! I ended up paying for something else after having them throw away the banana bread The drink was all half and half, i usually love brewed but this time it was terrible.

That as an impressive couple of weeks of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nice all around job. Maybe I can help next time. What a good job.

Good coffee for a decent price. The food is ok nothing great had a grilled chicken wrap the chicken was definitely a pre cooked meat not much in the sandwich. Again thats all I had so maybe chose something else to eat it was not bad but I wouldnt order it again.

Creepy. Every time I have been in here the men blatantly stare at the women and far-right tv is playing on the screens. I gave it two Stars only because they actually have good food. However, my last visit was my last because of the creep factor.

Oh my those menu is amazing! The sandwiches and especially the Acai bowls have me craving them every day!

Love there vanilla chai however the last few times Ive gone to different stores that chais are tasting watery 💔 not sure what theyve done different.
