Tasca Cranston Ford/Mazda/Lincoln is the best dealership around. Hands down. They are the epitome of a 5 star dealership. Everytime Im there I feel like family! Truly. From Louis Colon in sales to Dave Mooney in service, these gentleman are class A individuals. Tasca should be proud that they have these fine men as employees. They make me never want to do business with any other dealership, and Ive had a lot of practice with doing business with dealerships and people in them. I actually look forward to being able to shop for cars/trucks and doing the needed service calls because these fine individuals are here to navigate, help and make the whole experience wonderful. The individuals in rentals are great too and whats not to love about having a rental car company in the dealership. Next the greeter is a top favorite for me also. He is a great guy and genuinely cares about how may day is going when he talks to you. Whats not to love about feeling like an MVP every time you go to a dealership. So trust me when I say this, this place is 5 star experience from top to bottom. And the have a sea of vehicles to choose from, which is great, from pre-owned to new and from bells and whistles to simple. Tasca Keep Up the Great Work! We love you.

I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The salesman Danny and everyone else I dealt with was terrific. There was no pressure and they were very reasonable about everything. It was the first time I’ve ever bought a car from a dealership without any aggravation and I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone.

Be wary of going to this place or be careful because this place is a complete circus When I got an oil change at this place and told them to put back my rearview mirror that had fallen off back onto the windshield instead of doing it they ignored it and forgot to tell me how the windshield had a small crack on the inside which I couldnt see So then I had make another appointment to bring the car all the way back for them to reevaluate itAfter doing that they told me I could get a cheaper windshield from somewhere else if I did not want to use the dealership to get the more expensive one only to find out after calling around that my car needed to get a factory 1 from the dealership which they should of known.Then when I called back to order the windshield from the dealership and book an appointment for them to put a new one on when I showed up for my appointment 2 weeks later they said they didnt have the glass yet and that I had to leave my car overnight until they got the glass Because truth be told they didnt order it and forgot to. The people at the dealership are nice but theyre completely unorganized and the 3 times Ive gone there it seems like a circus with people running aroundIf you need to use a taska Ford or Lincoln dealership use any other one except for this 1 Because its risky and a disaster waiting to happen I heard the one it seekonk is much better and Im going there next time...

Ive been coming to Tasca since 2002 & have always received great service. This time I had a service manager lie to me & his lie nearly cost me my life! He stated that he supposedly said I need new tires but he never did. In addition there is nothing on the service receipt stating anything about my tires.

Ive always been happy with the service here. Ive only used the repair service area a couple of times, It has a very comfortable waiting room, but Ive bought 4 cars from here over the years and I feel like they treat me well.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They can do it all here. Very friendly staff who always try to help you out. Its like anywhere else give the staff respect and they give you theirs. Theyll help you out anyway they can you just have to be kind and patient. I will definitely be returning.

BUYER BEWARE: Worth the read.Horrible experience. I had a signed contract that was cancelled due to an immature manager who was completely unprofessional. Amazed he works there let alone manages. After leasing a brand new 2020 Lincoln MKZ I was told I could pick it up in 3-5 days. 8 days later I call the manager to find out why I still haven’t been able to pick it up. The manager, Mr. Horgan informs me that my insurance was holding up the process and took them 3 days to send the Stamped RTAs which were needed to register my vehicle, but assured me that they received them and it would be an additional 3 days. Unfortunately for him I was also communicating with my insurance company (Geico) and was informed that Tasca dealership had not responded to them and had never sent over the stamped RTA’s as the form Tasca filled out was missing key pieces of information. When relaying this information Mr. Horgan assures me that they have the Stamped RTA and doubles down on his lie by sending me a copy of a “stamped” one. HOWEVER, the stamp on this form is not the universal stamp Geico insurance uses. I then inform Geico that I have a stamped form and they tell me that that is Impossible because they have absolutely no record of stamping and sending one to the dealership. This was a ploy by Mr. Horgan to stop me asking why I haven’t received my vehicle 8 days after purchase. I then inform Mr. Horgan that my insurance company claims that His stamped RTA form is bogus to which Mr. Horgan begins to yell at me over the phone immediately and says he is cancelling the deal right before HANGING UP on me. THEN, after hanging up texts me from his personal phone “YOU’RE A LUNATIC” and “YOU ARE CRAZY” to which I respond that I have the fake document He sent. After careful review and numerous calls with my insurance company (who still has no record of a stamped RTA - 10 days later) as well as manager Tim Horgans actions it is confirmed that the stamped RTA I received from Tasca was FORGED. I brought this up to the General Manager who’s only response was “I have never seen anything like this in 20 years” and didn’t even look at the document in question. I filed a formal complaint and also sent the documents to Geico as they were also concerned about the practices at Tasca. It was not until 3 days later and AFTER my formal complaint and informing Tasca that Geico would be receiving a copy of the bogus form, that I received a phone call from the dealership trying to apologize. This apology also watered down as the person calling didn’t even hold a managerial position or look at the document in question. When asking his position he literally responded with “I do everything here, I was cleaning the toilets last week.” Unfortunately, an apology from the person who cleans your toilets on accusations as serious as forged documents is not going to cut it.Perhaps the worst part is, after my signed contract was cancelled by the dealership without my consent, I agreed to sign the contract again so I could just get the car as long as the numbers matched up identically to the previous contract I had signed. They assured me they would and sent their finance manager 50 minutes to my location to have me sign it. When reviewing both documents my rent charge on initial contract was 280 compared to 2,600 on new one which wasn’t brought up until I discovered it and mentioned it. Then and there I decided I would no longer be signing anything and would take it up with geico and the manufacturer.

They look fancy, lots of glitz and talk about customer service, but I bought a used car from them in June of 2019. After a month I looked in the armrest storage and found a gate release document from GM. It detailed some damage to the car that was repaired but not disclosed by the dealership to me. Some of the damage was also not on Carfax. Do your research with anything you buy from Tasca. They will give you the runaround once they have your money.

Ive now purchased two cars from Tasca. Both times I went through Bayo. He was very helpful and I didnt feel pressured. I really appreciated that. Ryan was also great on the financing side of the transaction. Highly recommend for both of them.

Love the staff. Been buying my vehicles at Tasca since 1997. Seekonk was the location of my very first purchase. Love their new building on Pontiac Avenue in Cranston. Beautiful selection of vehicles. Will be getting the Ford Escape SUV next. Dave Tasca is my favorite. He is such a sweetheart and always has a smile on his face. I miss Lou Valentino (new car salesman) so very much. He sold me my first car at Tasca Seekonk, Ma. Mercury Sable. Ive stayed with him up until the day he passed. He is very much missed & loved. Rip Lou. Thankyou Tasca family for always making me feel part of the family. 💖😁 💐

I actually went to tasca Ford. I needed an oil change for my fusion, decided to use the quick service area, unfortunately it wasnt all that quick but it was a delightful experience nonetheless. They even gave me a sandwich for lunch, bet you didnt know they have a cafe on the second floor.
