After 5 hours Im still waiting!If you wonder why the the price of the load its over the current rates thats why.They will make you pay for that with your time.

I was shopping at Stop and Shop in North Kingstown, and the Pepsico person filling the shelves with product was so gracious in grabbing the 5 2 liter bottled products I wanted. Then, as I was lacking a cart, he helped bring it up to the cashier. Nice to see someone be so helpful these days!!

Picked up here a few times. In and out in a timely order.

Sit here 4 hrs no call from shipping no one answered phones change that arrived 11;30am got in the door 10;20pm

The employees that work for this company have a major attitude problem. Especially when you are calling to complain about misconduct from one of their drivers. They only care about their own safety, strongly said the manager i spoke to. Selfish if you ask me. This driver disregarded the safety of over 40 very very young children and adults. This isnt even including everyone else around us and property. The manager that hires his drivers laughed and talked over me continuously via phone while i tried to provide him details to my complaint. Everytime i tried to talk he would get angrier and speak up louder to talk over me. As if his driver was fully following all laws. Ridiculous!! Corporate will be called as soon as they open on monday. An email will be sent in the mean time.Its one thing to tell me hes shocked, to explain things calmly and fully listen to the complaint and another thing to be extremely unprofessional and mock the complainant. This man should not be in business. He is extremely incompetent! By the looks of it he also hires incompetent drivers.Hopefully Corporate and DOT will take this a bit more seriously in a much more professional manner. As it should be!

Easy to find a the security guard was very kind and helpful...I even had someone to help me put the airbags in and strap my load .. a fellow driver that is...

Pretty quick once you get in the door. Only a couple times did I have a long wait time, but there were also a bunch of trucks. You can overnight down the street on the back side of the old prison. Signs say no parking, but the local police don’t care as long as you aren’t blocking driveways. Don’t leave your garbage and piss jugs.

Its a streamlined loading process for truckers.

No reason realistically I just did a job in the parking lot...I put two tires on a trailer. I had an adequate amount of work space and nobody busted my balls..5 stars..lol would of given 6 stars but nobody offered me an ice cold Pepsi afterwards. It was like 80 out .

Enter off Kenney street. See guard. U-turn, park on street and we will call when its your turn to drop in a dock door and bobtail out past the guard shack to park and wait. I doubt that hitting the gate right at your appt time will help because if theres no door open, you go park and they call your cell. There IS parking on Kenney street, go past Pepsi around the curve, use the snowplow turn around and park on the curb facing back towards Pepsi. Could be worse. Could also be better. Friendly guard was the main plus.
