Went in here this morning for a state inspection and they were professional, friendly, and fast. I was in a pinch on the last day of my inspection window after registration and all the big chain auto services wouldn’t give me an appointment and these guys helped me out quickly, much appreciated and will come back for future car service

This is a good repair shop that is efficient and prompt on doing work on motor vehicles. The staff is very knowledgeable and all nice people that work in this business.. I am never disappointed with the treatment I have gotten with Interstate Auto Repair Co.

This place is a fraud and needs to be reported to the DMV inspection department they are cheating the system and passing inspection for vehicles that supposed to failed inspection.I wouldn’t trust a place that let unauthorized vehicles to drive on the road that’s illegal.I reported them to the DMV.I reported them to the RI attorney general for illegal operation and fraud.

Dropped it off yesterday and Im driving it this morning. They were polite and the cost was very fair. Good experience!

I took my car for State inspection here, and I have to say a lot of people think that Latinos are thief and do stuff against the law. My car didnt pass inspection for safety issues and this guys said to me you have to fix that. I was to another place before here and (wasnt a Latino) asked me for more money than the right to pay for inspection to give me the sticker. In my experience on this place, honesty is the word to describe it.

Awesome place to get your car fixed. Ive been going there for years now. Everyones experience may be different but mines have been good.

Walked in to be treated with an attitude and arguments about who would inspect my car. After a half hour of waiting I asked the receptionist for my money back as it seemed to be an inconvenience to have my vehicle inspected at this place. Thank God I selected another place! The fact that the service member below spelled our hour is a good representation of the attention to detail that they providence customers!
