I called to replace my compact washer and dryer. I was able to replace them with newer models of what I have. The washer and dryer were available. I spoke to Joe who was extremely helpful in letting me know what was available and when I could expect delivery. It was a very positive experience.

Tom was great. We came in and picked out our refrigerator, stove, hood range, microwave and dishwasher. He kept us updated with everything and was constantly checking in with us as some items were back ordered. First off, the folks at Wickford are great. Very helpful and know the ins and outs with their products. I was able to replace my dyeing refrigerator within 20 minutes. It was delivered when I wanted, and they hauled away the dead beast.My only grip is for 2 grand you would think they could through in $12 water feed line. They also wanted to hook up.

Wickford had what I wanted and could deliver when I needed. No hassle with price matching however I had to provide a picture and luckily I had taken them. I suggest everyone always take a pic in case you need a price match.Wasnt pleased with $79 delivery fee and higher ext warranty fee but like I said, they had it and could get it to me when I needed it and thats worth paying a bit more.My salesman, Tom Lowers was friendly and efficient and covered all the bases quickly so I didnt need to be there any longer than I wanted.Thanks, Tom.

When our twenty year old washing machine decided that it didnt want to spin the laundry any more, we made the difficult decision to stop trying to repair it and finally replace it.We were not looking forward to this. Bought a stove from them online and the experience was very easy. I spoke to Karen to get 2 of my appliances fixed. She was lovely & they actually were able to call me back & come sooner than planned! Jim was the tech that came to fix my oven & refrigerator. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I was in a far away room & the oven was a million degrees), he was polite, super careful & knowledgeable! It turned out to be a silly simple fix for my fridge & nothing needed to be fixed, so you know they are honest! All over a great experience! I will call them again to service & buy my appliances for sure!

Just went to wickford appliance staff was very low key felt no pressure to buy anything looked around as much as we wanted to price was comparable to other places and didn’t have to deal with a mob like at the box stores wish they had a few more models on display but all in all a good experience and would buy here again

Great store to deal with, and they have an amazing selection.You may think the store is too small to have what you are looking for, but you’re probably mistaken. They have a great selection of everything you could need for your home, obviously within reason.I had an issue with another retailer selling me a dishwasher that did not fit my kitchen, and their contracted installer did not say as such. They showed up one time, and then left after 5 minutes, saying they were missing a part. Months pass, and nothing. I finally get fed up and decide to call Wickford Appliance.They had an install date setup real fast for me, even though I did not purchase through them. Their installer shows up, looks at the dishwasher, and says that it’s too big, and won’t fit. He even showed measurements in front of me, to prove he was being honest. Sure enough, it was just under an inch too tall, so no way was it getting under my counter.They then worked with me, to find a similar model, that would fit. They also has it installed within a few days of my buying the new item.Very professional, and very helpful.

We visited the Cranston store looking for new washer & dryer to replace our 10 year old Whirlpool washer along with information and pricing on a new Refrigerator. There was a decent amount of choices, the salesperson was very helpful and listened to our needs and was not pushy at all. The delivery scheduling had no issues and we received a call when the men were on the way. The men installed the new washer and dryer as we requested. I thought the $150 the delivery person said it would cost to swap the 2 doors to opposite side was high considering what would be involved. We recommend Wickford appliance.

From the online website chat with a manager to answer all my questions about the Weber grill that I couldnt go see in person due to the quarantine, to the very easy phone call with a sales rep to actually place the order, to the ontime, quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery and set up....... no problems at all... everything was perfect!

My wife and I were remodeling our kitchen and we normally go to the big box stores but decided to try Wickford Appliance in Cranston. The service and delivery were awesome. The sales person Danielle was very helpful. The store had a great sale going on but we did not need our appliances until about five weeks out. She told us we can buy now and they will hold our appliances until we are ready for them. Every other week she would email me to see how our kitchen remodeling was coming along.You wont get this kind of service at a big box store. I will now buy all my appliances at Wickford Appliance.
