We have done a lot of wish shopping here. They are always very helpful and informative about everything. I have purchased a few things. My most recent was a riding mower. The bagger did not work very well. I returned it with no problems and got the more expensive one. It fits perfect and does a great job. I am totally satisfied. I plan to buy a lot more from them. The owners Mark and Angie are great. The employees are friendly. Matt is very helpful and knowledgeable. My go to place for all my appliances and tools.

Bought a stove. Glass broke second day after use. They did not order part after I called twice and sent an email. It is four days before Christmas and they cannot repair the stove nor could they replace it, I will never buy anything from Sears again, Did you know that the Sears Headquarters take no responsibility regarding home owned Sears stores, even when they ship faulty merchandise? Buyer Beware!

Wouldnt recommend buying anything from these people they sold us what they said was a brand new dryer and we got it home and it had NO heating element then before we could make it back to the store with it they had closed the store 2 hours before they were supposed to.
