Nice with Air-conditioned theater come stay cool while folks act a fool on stage we had a great time. The New Old School Fellas was in the building we will be back thats a fact Spread the word ya heard.

Awesome Wal mart! Many products. Great staff, presented well, organized efforts reflected. Also. A charge station for electric vehicles. Which is promoting a greener alternative, as to pioneering the movement of transportation amongst change!

These stores offers some of everything food/hardware/automotive/clothing and so on at fair prices. You are mostly on your own to find what you want. Products are organized as best they can with the vast selection they offer.

This Walmart is not a supercenter you can get some essentials some frozen foods it was pretty busy that Thursday at 5pm.

Customer service was closed when I needed to return a faulty car battery. I bought a new one out if desperation and they refunded me the next day when I went in the next morning. Didnt expect them to but it was a nice surprise. Good customer service for a Walmart.

This is one of those Walmarts with just enough groceries where you have to go to another place to complete your shopping list. Not a fan. Dig the one stop shopping of the super centers and the low prices. Otherwise, not a fan of Walmart.

I almost always find everything on my shopping list as well as some fun extras! The customer service has really been improving as well. The loud children running out of control or screaming because they were just told no are always a part of the experience and is why I try to do most of my shopping online for pickup now.Politically, often wonder if I should really shop there, but my wallet tends to win the argument.🤨

Nice visit today at the Covington store. Not crowded, everything was in stock, except the water isle. Only like one pallet of 5 packs of bottled water was left, and barely any fans left. Other than that, they had everything else you needed. The rear bathroom 🚽 was clean and had hand soap 🧼😊.

Its a Walmart. They didnt have the product I was looking for even though their website said it was in stock. The people working their couldnt be bothered to check in the back.

Too many bare shelves. Missing 24 packs of sausage biscuits. Not much of a variety of canned vegetables.

I needed help with getting two heavy items in my car. Filipe was asked to help me on Sunday morning. He not only put everything in for me but taught me my seats lay down to carry bigger items. He was very conscientious and polite. As a 70 year old woman it was nice to have a polite young man assist me above and beyond. Best customer service ever. Filipe you rock!

This has to be the best walmart! I walked and immediately saw the people of Walmart just like on the internet. If I could give 10 stars I would definitely would come back.

No overnight parking, no RV overnight. Plenty of space, they just dont want to be like most Walmarts

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience just confirmed why I HATE going into a Walmart. I unfortunately had no other choice because I went in with a friend and we literally just ran in to get batteries. When we went to the register to ask the cashier she said they were in the self check out area and there should be someone to get us some. When we went to the self check out area there was an employee who clearly worked there with her Walmart apron on and everything and I kindly asked her if she was working and before I could even finish getting that out, in the rudest way and tone possible she said “NO, WHY!!! I immediately walked away before I said something back to her to try and find someone to help us. When we finally found someone to help us, because most of the employees were walking around like a chicken with its head cut off, she did not have the key which was yet another annoyance but not her fault because at least she was helpful to find someone for us but it literally took at least 10-15 mins to get someone to get us batteries! I couldn’t get out of there fast enough but I did make sure to get the name of the rudest employee, Jody.

Its Wallys World..its a nicer Wally, but its still Wallys World..its actually one of the nicer ones Ive been to..starting at the parking lot to the organization within the store..wonder if you have to pay for that...

I was in the entertainment section looking for ink for my printer, and it is kept in a locked container. When I politely asked an associate at the counter if they could help me, their response was Im in a meeting right now, so I cant. And they then went back to looking at their screen.I would have appreciated if theyd offered to call someone else to help me, or pointed out where another associate might be. I walked around for a moment looking for another employee, but there were none around, so I just left. Guess Ill spend my money somewhere else 🤷‍♀️

This is one of the best Walmart stores I ever been, very clean and well maintained, nicely designed and decorated, organized, always enjoyable to shop there, highly recommend this store.

This store is your average half empty Walmart due to the economy. However when at the register I was told because I carried cash that I would have to sacrifice an extra $.85. Okay no biggie right. Well to me it is bothersome. If there is that kind of change shortage then be fair. Round down when the customer owes under .50 and round up if they are over the .50 mark. That to me seems fair. However to tell me I have to sacrifice almost a dollar in a mumble is not right. At the end of the day it is money I work for. If this company gets 10 people per store like this they are robbing us while we trust them and just agree. That needs to be addressed. Other businesses I visit do not have this extreme shortage so how is a giant store like this able to get away with this illegal act. Be honest Walmart do you really need money that bad.

I use the Money Services to load cash to my Walmart money card. The lady who handles the transaction is so nice. Its always a hassle free, pleasant experience. When you use the app there is no fee to load the card, which is an incredible feature. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience and this is something I typically do 2-3 times per week and never a problem. 10/10

I went to Walmart to buy a few plants to improve the looks of existing hanging baskets. I went directly to the outdoor plant area, _I_ greeted an employee sitting in a lawn chair and ask where I could find them he replied all over...and continued to sit!!!I walked around, was extremely disappointed, the plants were half dead, obviously not been watered and very small for a three inch pot AND WAY, WAY OVER PRICED!So much for my faith in Walmart, I will stop recommending them!!

Ironic Walmart! Unlike other Walmart locations where you cant find an associate to help you with your problem, this place has very friendly and helpful workers and managers. I purchased a book (Online) and picked it up from here. The wrong book was purchased and had to return it (Totally my mistake!). A young lady at the return desk and her manager were significantly polite and caring.

Its okay place to shop and get pocket friendly prices.

I like this store because its not as big as the supercenters so I get what I need and back out the door quickly. Great prices, and I am able to pick-up/return my online purchases at customer service located next to the entrance.

Well I got a muffin mix for 2 dollars and some wonder bread for 2 dollars. Also strawberry jam and peanut butter for 2 dollars each. Everything was two dollars. Oh except I did get a shirt for 7 dollars. If you like buying things for 2 dollars them I recommend going to Wal-Mart.

The greeters were so nice & polite as always. I have been pleasantly surprised by this Wal-Mart! Every Employee I spoke with was so helpful! This location also has such a huge variety selection in every section of the store it was absolutely fantastic! There are many self checkout registers as well as regular registers they didnt have long lines despite it being very crowded. They also have a Subway if you want to get a bite there or take it to go. We were reminded very nicely over the intercom to observe social distancing, which everybody around was, as well as everyone wearing Masks. I definitely recommend this Wal-Mart if you are out this way!

Although there were a lot of people it was a cool calm relaxing shopping thank you for keeping the air conditioner cranked up

I asked for assistance three times The first time I was told to go to the back of the store by electronics I was looking for a certain shirt a patriotic shirt and it would be back there...I located an aisle that was clearance stuff kind of saw a few things that were patriotic but not the shirt so I saw another store employee so I asked them if they knew of a shirt with a flag in the date. Walmart usually makes one and I missed mine this year cuz there is not a Walmart close by I came from Kent to go to the Covington Walmart. That employee pointed down to the end of the aisle we were standing in and said theyre down there just go down there I said can you show me she said theyre down there Dont you see the red white and blue theyre down there. So I said okay and I walked down there again but no shirt to be found. I checked with another store employee and still got the same answer itd be back there in the back of the store and off they walked... I dont think Ill make a trip back to Walmart Its not worth it.

Walmart in Covington is nice. It is not a superstore. It has a pharmacy. Lotto ticket vending machine s. Also a coffee vending machine which is actually good coffee. They also have a eye doctor place inside. A Subway inside also. Their selection is just like any Walmart except they do not have fresh fruit and vegetables you will have to go elsewhere to get those. Their outdoor selection such as sports camping etcetera is small but they do have the basics. They also have fishing gear lures that kind of stuff. It also have sending money service and I believe you can pay bills to. They also have a restrooms in the front. I dont know if they have one in the back sorry. Like any Walmart they can be extremely busy at times so be patient. This Walmart of course has self checkout and clerk checkout. Their food selection is not bad you can find most anything for what Youre looking for. They also have a gardening section outdoor garden that kind of thing. I know you can get the Discovery pass there and I think you can get fishing license but inquire first. Plenty of parking but please be careful lock your car definitely you do have some characters that wander around looking a opportunity not common though but just be aware. They do have security cameras monitoring the parking lot. Do not know how good they are though. All in all a good store to go to and pretty safe after all in Covington. Like every other Walmart you will frequent a million self-check that only take cards and 1 actual person checking people out that takes cash. Always comedy when you appear.

Used the photo pick up here, was ready, easy and inexpensive.

Wide variety of inexpensive stuff. Need more cashiers. And self checkout no longer accepts cash, and no cash back. So you have to go to a staffed register and the lines are very long and slow. So i suggest only if its the only store around and you have lots of time.

Nothing but love. We where Going through hard times when we parked are RV in there parking lot. The manager even told us, we where, more than welcome to stay at her Walmart, until we got are problems fix. We were so blessed to find some nice people to help us at the end of there parking lot. They even have park benches there, with little roof structures for the homeless to sleep on at night time. They have some of the best clearance sales. Thank you Covington Walmart for really caring.

I will say this Walmart always seems pretty well stocked and the employees are very friendly. Its always busy so you know the employees work really hard.

This location has an exceptionally neatly kept community surrounded by nearly every desired business necessary to complete your everyday errand(s). Filled spray bottles with disinfectant wipes at every entrance/exit along with other protective steps taken to ensure the health and safety of everyone. This generously sized shopping center is employed by well trained staff happily welcoming and ready to assist all customers in a friendly manner.

It was ok it was walmart,Walmart, only thing I dont like is I do landscaping for a living and I go there kinda muddy sometimes and I get followed like Im going to steal something and all Im wearing is jeans and a tank top, no place to hide anything if I was steal DUH,,,, THEY REALLY NEED TO TRAIN THEM PEEPS BETTER .BUT ALL IN ALL I DONT LIKE IT SO I DONT GO THERE UNLESS I HAVE TO.

Dont bother with pickup. Was the only one checked in and waited 20 minutes. Ended up just cancelling my order. Also be aware they do not have a fresh produce or meats section.

I think it is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been to. They are always sold out if things I need and their selection is always limited.

I like this Walmart, but I have no idea why they don’t have produce. They are bigger than the Walmart in my current town of Morgan Hill and Morgan Hill Walmart has produce. I would give 5 stars if they ever add produce.

New self checkout machines are easy to use. They have a conveyer belt and new wands so you dont have to take large items out of cart. It is fast and with very short lines. While other lines were full, the self check was empty. In and out of store quickly.

A bit dirty and no employees in sight when you need one. And they took out the price checkers on the poles throughout the store... Those helped so much.
