I shopped at the Covington store. I did stand in line but only for about 10 minutes. Ive always loved Pier One. It was pretty clear that things have changed. The people working in the store were not the familiar faces that Im used to. Their rules are not the same. Make sure you are clear about those rules before you purchase. The team in the store were very nice but they were repeatedly clear about the fact that they were not Pier One employees but employees of the liquidation company. Oh my! I did purchase a large piece of furniture and had to clarify if I could pick it up next day. That ended being a big deal. They finally got permission and I paid for the item immediately . Bottom line there are some great deals but not everything is on sale. Many things are only 10 to 20 percent off. And watch the rules closely they might surprise you .

I love this store. Although slightly expensive, beautiful items and fairly unique. I called there because I needed a wedding present for the next day. I specifically wanted something with an elephant. Susie answered and found all of the elephant things and put them in a pile for when I got in. She helped me pick my favorite, and even spent time looking for a box for it to go in since it was an odd shape. 5 stars :)

Going out of business sale. Prices werent that great overall. Selection was limited and picked over but still got some good buys.

Love this Pier 1! Friendly sales people always willing to help and suggest ideas. Top merchandise and there always seems to be a sale. Nice quaint little store but packed with excellent quality merchandise.

Love this place. Got an amazing deal on an arm chair. We had been looking for months until we find the right one at 40% off at Pier 1 in Covington Was. They are always so welcoming at the door too.

I dont usually shop here often. Pier One is way over priced. I will walk in when they advertise good sales. No sales going on right now. Friendly staff and the place was clean.

Staff is always helpful and very accommodating. Thumbs up I recommend!!
