2 trips. A total of 2 weeks .. $200 for nothing and now its my fault my engine is blown. I truly dont think they have any idea whats wrong with my car. Wont ever return!

No problems with any actual work performed during oil change and tire rotation services. They attempted to up-sell a serpentine belt replacement by informing me that it was dry rotted when it was almost new and had no signs of dry rot.

And my experience was great its always clean and pleasant the times that Ive been so it works for me I think it was total professionalism and great recommendations on what might need to happen next

This place is super chill and every staff member has been 100 with me. Helped me out of jams when i was in need, prices are fair, they take the time to explain in depth whats what with my car. From my experiences so far, i highly recommend these folks.

I called and made an appointment for a/c recharge. Arrived and tech was on schedule and completed my a/c charge in a timely manner. I really appreciate that they adhered to the appointment schedule and didn’t make me wait three plus hours for something that only takes an hour to do. The a/c is blowing colder than it has ever done. Staff is very knowledgeable and customer service is awesome! Prices are very good, too!

I dig this qaint little spot!!! My normal supplier of Amsoil, Baker Import were out til Monday so I found Kwik Change on the Amsoil Locator and they had it close to the price I usually pay so I zip on over and they had it ready for soon as I walked in.!!! If all the posted shop and tech awards by way of Newton County, are a reflection of good customer service I too saw it. Its very personable.

This place is the only place I have gone for years, as soon as you pull up they get you to pull I to a bay and you hope out and tell them what you want done and they start on it, for just a normal oil change and fluid top off it takes about 10 minutes all together even counting and paying and pulling out to leave. And very reasonable prices, honestly o my a few dollars more than doing it your self totally worth it. They also do just about anything else, coolant flush, tranny flush and/ filter change, most all repairs as well. HIGHLY recommended.

I really liked this place because they were quick and courteous whenever I went in for an oil change. But on May 4 I had a 3pm appointment which I showed up to about 2:30. So 40 minutes passed and me and my kids were getting impatient. I look out of the door and the car was parked in the back lot. Nothing had been done to it yet. When I grabbed my car keys and left the mechanic who was going to work on my car said I was about to look at it. No thanks man its 40 minutes past my appointment time and I mean here over an hour. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Nice work done here. Very honest and fair pricing. The mechanics are knowledgeable and quick to get the job done.

Went in planning on spending 30+ mins there, pulled in they checked my lights, I got out, while taking care of the paper work, the guys hustled and bustled around my car. Filled my fluids, checked my tire pressure. Replaced my air filter($10 more then if i had bought it at the parts store), And by the time i had paid for it, My car was ready to go. All in all it was done in 10 minutes, I was very impressed and will return.
