I had used this location for all almost my automotive repair needs for the last 7 years... I went there in June for replacement of the radiator fans and there were parts missing after... I went on 02AUG2021 for an oil change to give them one last try... took a picture of the filter before the oil change and again after it was done 2.5 hrs later... same filter. I was assured that the filter was changed but they could not find the old one.... they took it around and put a new filter on and told me that the next oil change would be free. I contacted the district manager and he told me to talk to the manager and was going to have him call me. No call has been made... I can no longer trust this location for quality work. I have attached the pictures so you can see for yourself... same filter.

They take good care of my vehicles. They tell me the truth about services that are needed and whats not needed and their prices are fair. I have been bringing my vehicles to this one particular Goodyear for years now and I plan to continue giving them my business ( I have recommendedmy sister and mom). Oh, let me not forget to mention how friendly they are AND Kelli is a total rock star! I appreciate the entire team and crew there.

They Replace the timing belt on my car after that was told by the dealership it was too old for them to work on it. Jim Smith was very professional and did a great job taking care of it.

The staff at this Goodyear are awesome!! They are honest, fair and make sure they take care of what you need. They get very busy because their great service is no secret, so be sure to make an appointment. I take all of my vehicles to this Goodyear for everything maintenance related; oil changes, brakes, A/C, tires, alignment. My mechanic hasnt seen any of my vehicles in years because these guys help me to ensure that they are in good running order.

This place can be busy at times but the service is excellent. Everyone was very helpful and the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions that arise. The lobby and restrooms were clean and the coffee is pretty good. Definitely a place I would recommend.

I ask the salesman twice if the tires I was about to purchase were made in the US. He said Yes. After driving home (and learning about tire ID on the Internet) I checked the DOT code on the tires and found M7. The Goodyear tires I had purchased were manufactured in Chile. The store is making this right by replacing the tires with Cooper tires that were manufactured in the US. Note: Not all GY tires sold in the US are manufactured in the US. Im still giving them 3 stars because they corrected the issue.

Had my Chevy Sonic towed in yesterday with an antifreeze leak. Blake diagnosed the problem quickly and was helpful when explaining why my water pump had to be replaced - and finished the needed repairs (on a busy Saturday!) in less than 5 hours. I am very grateful for the help and will be back with any future maintenance needs.

I drop off my mother in- laws car to have some shocks put on. Two days before they gave me a price to do the job. They done the work and found it needed another part, so they replace it to with no extra charge. They changed us the price they said in the beginning. We had a new battery installed at this location and I agree that Brad, the manager, was VERY HELPFUL and POLITE. However, I was told by the mechanic that I needed to get a battery terminal from Toyota to replace the old corroded one. I was told to bring back the part and they would install it for me. We secured the Toyota part, took it back to be installed and were told by the mechanic, Baron, that we had the wrong part and he could not install what Toyota sold us. My husband went BACK to Nalley Toyota and was told the part Baron said we needed DID NOT EXIST. We kept the part and went to Brown Bridge Automotive Specialists and Jay put it on our Yaris in ten minutes - was not even going to charge me, but I insisted he charge me something - $20.00. My conclusion, if you need a tire rotation or oil change, these people do a good job, HOWEVER, anything beyond routine maintenance, go down the road and see Jay!!!!!!!

They look good and are nice,but the pricing is through the roof. I bought a tire,we agreed on $133, I got a bill with an additional $15 road hazard, wheel balance and disposal fee. Tire ended up being almost $165. Really.

Pricing was as to be expected at a shop. Mechanics are not cheap. Their labor rate is actually lower than what I expected. Professional and do a terrific job. Honest. Would definitely recommend them.

I visited maybe a week or two ago to get one of my tires patched up. it needed to be patched due to a nail in the tire. i waited maybe an hour and a half to two hours for my car to be serviced. i get it back, still having troubles with this tire leaking air. probably going to fill the tire up with air 2 or 3 times a week since this has happened. i inspected it myself just to find out all they did was take the nail out. didnt even bother to patch it up. highly unsatisfied and now i have to take more time out of my schedule to get it done somewhere else.

Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable about type of tire that my Cadillac ats needed. He made me feel like my satisfaction was the upmost importance to him and the company.

Went there on two separate occasions and will never return again. They tried to hustle my wife into buying tires on both occasions. She simply asked for a tire rotation and they started with how unsafe it would be to put the back (good tires) in the front, on a front wheel drive. Mind you its a 2015 and the tires are not worn down that bad. Now Im outside rotating tires that Ive paid to have rotated twice. I OWN five vehicles, and you better believe not another will ever go to this shop! They were rude and insulted my intelligence! Used the same excuse on both visits. Never will I spend another dime where a service I ask for, hell paid for, isnt exercised. They asked on both occasions, after all the back and forth, if I would like them to go ahead and rotate them. Really?? I asked you to do that when I arrived. I will never speak highly of this location. Are you guys affraid to hire or deal with your African American community? Disgusting!!!! I never ever leave bad reviews. This is my first time and it was deserved. Signed VERY UNHAPPY COSTUMER!!!

This place is upsell city. Their service is slow and they try typical manipulative sales techniques on every person that walks in. I have given them several chances to redeem their service but they fail every time. I will NEVER go back.
