I recently got my catalytic converter stolen and was just asking if they can send me a quote on the repair so I can get a grant approved for a Home Depot fund as I dont have the money for the repairs myself. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and told me it was a waste of his time. I dont see why it is so hard to just help another human being that is down on his luck.
