Believing that you don’t know a company’s true character until things go wrong, I feel that I put The Hydro Source to the test. Upon arrival my set of 60$ light bulbs was all broken in pieces. In contacting The Hydro Source via email, I got a response within an hour! They were very helpful, addressing my concerns seriously, and promptly coming to an agreeable solution. Thus, within two days of initially contacting The Hydro Source I received a new shipment of light bulbs without any cost to me! I will do business with The Hydro Source again.

Do not order from this place,, they suck.. had a problem with my order,, A $1600 dollar purchase,, he wanted to charge me a restocking fee of $358.42 because he would not change an adress on an order i place,, all he had to do was make a simple phone call,, the owner is a scam artist.. buyer be ware.... thank god amazon let me file a claim against this place and i got my money returned to me...

Im a Colorado native, prices in this state are terrible, we have seen a huge price increase in the products that we use over the years and turned to online ordering over buying local...pretty sad.
