I recently went here and got a free hearing test through a promo that was received in a mailer. The people were very friendly and courteous. The hearing test was very thorough and I was even able to view my own eardrum on the monitor. For many years I worked in a very loud Industrial environment. If they had told me that I needed hearing aids I would have believed them because i was under the impression that I did need them prior to the test. But I passed the hearing test and was told to come back in 2 years for another test. If you think you are hearing impaired I would call these people and arrange a test. At least you know going in that they are not one of those high pressure sales organizations.

Kelvin Kim is the most talented and tech savvy audiologist I have been to. I have been severely hearing impaired since age 5, as such I have had a lot more experience with audiologists than most - 55 years of experience. Beyond his technical abilities, Kelvin is a warm and genuinely caring man. Can say enough good things about him.
