They have a people counter! This market is always so organized and clean. For being a smaller store they are always well stocked. The cashier are very helpful and friendly. I love that they have fresh baked bread in the morning and in the afternoon.

Vons has the best bakery items. The deli has the freshest cold and hot foods, and the deli clerks are handsome and kind.

Stopped by this place to buy some groceries after a long day of trucking. As soon as i walk through the door, i have the manager start to follow me. And halfway through my shopping she tells me that unfortunately people of color arent allowed to buy stuff there without law enforcement present. Then she said that for everyones safety 2 officers were on thier way to escort me off the property. Never in my life have i been so shocked by what happened in this store. I though i may have been somehow brought back to 1921 as i may have thought it was 2021, but no it is 2021 and this store doesnt let people of color shop here with out white law enforcement agents present.

The store is always organized when I go. Dan, the manager is always helpful. He even reminded me to add certain items on my phone to get additional discounts but I had already done it. Its just very nice of him to give me a reminder. Will definitely be back week after week.

Went buy some veggies and made the mistake of asking some woman, who looked like a guard, where the restroom was, and she ran me off and threatened to call police. whatever you do, dont talk to her if you shop there. shes a mean one. i wont be shopping there anymore. good bye to vons.

Good place to get groceries. A little too packed around the flower area. My kid knocked over a display of flowers and the staff didnt get upset. They just quickly took care of it. Needless to say, friendly staff and great buys.

I love shopping at vons due the produce is always fresh, lines are never long and they have quick check out, its well stocked and kept clean, the bakery items and deli are always fresh and sometimes low prices.

Probably the best Vons Ive ever been to. Been there twice and the service has always been a 10/10. Super nice staff. As usual, Vons is Vons with their stock and supplies.Parking lot is large enough.Store is clean inside.But staff is by far the best part of this store

This vons is one of the greatest ive ever been too. There was a fight between two crack heads right in front. I think they were fighting over a sandwich. It was hilarious. They made up though. Happy ending.

When I had an issue to resolve, they were very responsive & helpful. Having issues at Vons is a rarity. They have great selection & great customer service. It is easy to see that the workers enjoy their jobs.

I like Vons because I can get great deals but most of all their employees are so helpful and so professional. To me their employees are well trained in customer service. Its not a huge mega store so I can quickly pop in for what I need and get my shopping done.

This is a high stakes game, also they have great stakes... and the long lines move pretty fast!

No fault of theirs. No paper products, no eggs, no water,, no tortillas, no hand sanitizer. Hopefully hoarders are fully stocked so we can all have a chance to be safe.

Beautiful selection but the prices are way too high on a majority of common products that they sell... I have to say though that the bakery is beautiful and the presentation of the food is also very beautiful.

Has good variety but on the expensive side. The produce is not always fresh. Opportunities on cleanliness especially in dairy dept.

The employees are very helpful and always ready to help! The produce people are the best!! But the deli is a different story. I went in one afternoon at about 3 I wanted sandwiches which we normally enjoy. I guess they were short staffed so the young manager in a nasty dirty apron came over from the meat dpt to help. He made it clear he was not happy to help me as he kept trying to use the old dry curled at the edges meat and cheese left from lunch and when I insisted on fresh he stuck the old stuff at the bottom for the next customer. I never went back until yesterday. I got a small ham at the meat counter and was told he had never need trained on the slicer to go to the deli to slice. Well I had to listen to the ladies fuss and complain about it but she said she would do it. I very nicely thanked her and asked twice it be sliced as thick as very thick bacon. I got home and it was so thin I could read a book thru it. Dear Vons Deli my family and I will go across town to Stater Bros going forward!

Ever since the other vons closed this been the spot. Feels a little smaller but the selection is of equal greatness. Lines were moving.

New to the neighborhood and excited to shop at Vons again after 10 years. Everyone was very friendly and I found everything I wanted quickly.

The cashier Dan was very nice and helpful.

Open a hour later than most vons. Nice clean and cozy store.

Dont expect managers to smile. Or say hi and louder than a whisper. Dont expect them to happily give you a discount either if they have a misplaced item that has been fully stocked in the wrong spot. They will fight you on it. The check out time has been reduced so thats a plus. Took long enough. Many of the cashiers are friendly and some of the dairy clerks are helpful also.

The store was good but the service wasnt to good the cashier wasnt paying attention to what she was doing and messing around with others and I had 4 bags two of witch for cold bags he wasnt paying attention eather and didnt use the cold bags and we are in our 70 yr or better and put everything in one bag, when I side something he had a attitude . 😣

I just moved recently to the area, have been going to Stater Brothers but Vons is closer for me. So decided to give it a try, disappointed in the meat department, i was given shrimp which my butcher wrapped with bloody gloves as he was cutting meat in the back but never changed them. I asked him and he said they were out of gloves. I was grossed out. Today on my way home, I forgot I needed eggs so said what can go wrong? Well if you look at the sell dates most of them had a past date. So I bought organic eggs which cost me $5.00. Was never asked if I had a Vons card but was asked if I wanted to donate $5.00 for a needy family. I told him no he did not seem happy about that. Not sure how long that store had been around but I can tell you will not be going back.

5 dollar Fridays always something good, and score items vary in a good way.
