I made an appointment to replace my garage door opener. Chris came out and couldnt install the one I requested because of a support beam that was in the way. I would have needed a side-mounted opener, which I was not prepared to do at that moment because of the higher cost. Chris, instead, repaired the one that was not working properly and provided a tune-up to try and silence my very old and noisy opener. He did a great job! His expertise was much appreciated and his customer service skills, simply outstanding! My opener is working great now, but it is old. When the time comes to install that side-mounted garage door opener, I will definitely call Superior Garage Door and ask for Chris. He truly made my day!

Great service from everyone. We had a spring break on our garage door. After unsuccessful attempts to get parts to do it myself, I asked some friends for recommendations. Multiple told me to call Superior. Windy was SUPER helpful when she took my call. She sent Mark out to confirm what was needed, and then Chris to do the work. 100% professional all the way around from everyone.As a DIYer, I’m reluctant to have anyone do this kind of work for me. I’d call this team back, in a heartbeat, with any other garage door work that I may need.

Outstanding service for repair of our sectional garage door. Our door was stuck about 3/4 of the way down. I called Superior this morning and was told a technician would be out the same afternoon. Chris arrived around 3:00pm and was the nicest guy. He said it would take about 30 minutes or less. He was right. About 15 minutes later he was done. The door cable had come off and in no time was working better than before. Wendy called before to let me know Chris was on the way.
