I really like this place the 2 owners who are married are great people, Ive had quite a lot of work done here and I am very pleased with it all and I will continue to do business here for years to come. He is great with helping me with all my design work and their stitching is 2nd to none.

I brought jackets for embroidery approximately one month ago. I was told they will be ready on Jan 7th., Heidy, counted them, today I came in to bring additional jackets and check time of pick up, I was told they have no date on when they be done. I requested my jackets back, my employees need them and there were 2 missing approximate value of $60.00 per item. They did not offer to reimburse or an apology.
