At 71, my vision was cloudy and extremely bothersome. My optometrist recommended Dr. Surti for cataract eye surgery. I had surgery two weeks after my initial visit. So simple and orderly was the surgery. I have 20-20 vision in that eye. Im planning on the same surgery on my other eye in the coming months. Dr. Surti and her team were excellent and supportive throughout this experience. They were amazing. I have extreme confidence in recommending them to family and friends.

On Friday, October 1, 2021, Rebecca and Itzel were very attentive in getting mom seen by Dr. Yin. Mom is 82 and was uncomfortable with eye redness and stinging she was experiencing and because they accommodated my mom to be seen on drop in she is doing much better with Dr. Yin’s prescription. We are grateful to Dr. Yin, Rebecca and Itzel.

Pattys level of kindness and professionalism far exceeds normal expectations. He care and dedication to her career creates a sense of comfort as well as security. I will be sure to ask for her again

Dr. Surti was knowledgeable and professional. She examined my eye for a potentially emergent peripheral retinal detachment. She was able to eliminate the possibility of an emergent case quickly which allowed me to return to my home in Idaho for treatment. Service was efficient and caring.

The doctor is very nice and gentle. She removed a cyst from my eye 3-4 years ago. I just went back to see her since my optometrist told me I have a cataract in one of my eyes. This time felt rushed, as I had questions that I didnt feel were answered and was pushed off onto her office manager; which also felt like she was pushing me out as well

Dr. Surti is awesome. She’s so friendly, she’s knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain what’s going on. Her practice is very busy (I see this as a plus) but neither she nor her staff made me feel rushed. I did not feel like I was just one more patient to push through for more money.I felt like the staff and the doctor really care about me as a patient and my eye health. Priscilla is awesome as the first person you see (ha ha! I made an eye joke for an eye doctor review). She greets the patients with a smile and is also really friendly.Wendy was the next person who helped prep me for my visit with Dr. Surti. Pretty sure I failed the last part of vision test because I started reading off a bunch of numbers. She took it in stride and didn’t laugh at me even when I was cracking up once I realized how badly I failed.Head’s up! If you’re running late, they will give you a 15 minute grace period but if you’re running more than 15 minutes late, you’ll have to reschedule.

Waited 1 hr + (in the lobby) for my grandmother to be called. Dr reccomends surgery and that its covered by insurance Yet The surgery appointment secretary casually throws in the $1,000 (per eye) upsell for better vision clarity .... so my question is, what does my grandma get with out the upsell? The same blurry vision?! I asked for a translator so that my grandmother could better understand the sales pitch but conveniently, none were available. Plus, Not a fan when the Dr talks down to me. Will seek a second opinion.

Dr. Surtí is very competent and friendly. I have been going to her for the past two years for chronic dry eye, and regular check-ups. The standard of care from the whole staff is very high. I recommend Dr. Surtí wholeheartedly!

The care given patients is second to none. When my name is called I am greeted with a smile and professionalism. All the testing preformed before the doctor sees me is explained and the care they take in cleaning the equipment shows me that everyone is concerned about my feelings, comfort and safety. I have had some issues with my eyes and am completely educated about my problems and the plan to watch or correct it is explained at length so I know everything that is going on. I trust Dr. Surti with my sight. I have all the confidence in the world in her knowledge, ethics and concern for me and all her patients. I give Dr Surti and her staff the highest marks possible on this site and I dont plan on ever going to anyone else. It is a joy to go into the office.

Had an appointment today as a referral from my regular eye doctor. They would not fill my new bifocal lens RX without more extensive tests due to a large increase in a measurement number.
