Employees turned off music 30 minutes prior to closing. They also gloated about kicking out a potential customer that they assumed had attempted to steal store items, but had no proof. Sad.

Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are a ton of people wary of wanting to go outside, I wasnt surprised to see a line for the drive thru that literally wrapped around this location. Despite that, the crew here was very attentive and efficient. I ordered a mixture of their golden ginger drink and pineapple matcha drink and it was great! A great balance of flavour with that extra kick of ginger. Despite the busyness of the drive thru, the crew was very diligent in ensuring that everyones orders were correct and that their patrons were satisfied. I nearly drank all my drink on the way home! Would definitely go back to this Starbucks! Thank you guys!

We were winding our way west yesterday and out of beverages in the car. I was looking for a drive-thru Starbucks and was winging it without a Yelp or Maps look up, figuring Id find one somewhere. Id also exited the 210 because of slow traffic due to an accident. When I came to Arrow Highway I figured it was large enough to warrant a Starbucks.Almost sailed by this one. The signage wasnt immediate obvious. I ended up coming around in the nearby neighborhoods to get to their driveway. Once in line, I was able to view the options on the menu and pick a refreshing beverage.Apparently, theyve changed the name of their java chip frappucino to something else, as there was some back and forth with the cashier about that over the microphone / speaker. The end result was the drink I love, so whats in a name?I didnt go inside, so I dont know about the atmosphere within the walls. For a traveler on the road, this location worked out well for me.

This is my go to Starbucks location even though I do have one closer to home, they didnt put the lid on a reusable cold cup that I had just purchased from them spilling the whole drink all over me in drive thru. Btw the employee didnt even apologize at all just ask if I needed napkins and told me they can make me a new one. Well this location anyways is great they NEVER get my order wrong, they are ALWAYS so nice to you and the line moves pretty steady during busy hours. To me thats a plus especially for being at such a busy intersection.

Rudest customer service yet. I mispronounced a part of my order and Emily and her other coworkers thought it was funny to laugh about it and respond with a complete sarcastic tone asking me to repeat it again. I understand sometimes customers may not always pronounce the names of items correctly, but completely unprofessional and childish to react in such a rude manner to someone who clearly is having an issue pronouncing something.

I enjoy drinking London Fog with extra vanilla. They do have a drive thru, take out and a patio outside. It also has handicap parking.

This is a very busy Starbucks. It is on a very well traveled corner. normally, there are really great about getting things out, but there was a really annoying customer who was being rude to the staff and causing a disturbance. They made her drinks before other people just to get her out of the store. Which is fine. I preordered my drinks to the app and it took four times longer than what the app said it would for us to get our drinks. Thats the only reason Im docking the star.

This place is busy!! Love walking in there: The smell of the aroma from the coffee beans is great! Do yourself a favor and order early before lunchbreak or youll find yourself stuck in the parking lot waiting for the traffic going thru the window service to die out or youll find yourself stuck in that line that goes thru the window service. Either way, go early.

So happy to see the inside of a Starbucks as I stood at the threshold waiting for my Strawberry Acai Lemonade! Tastes so good!

The past few weeks that i have been going to this location they have messed up my drink every time I normally get the cold brew but it seems like they never know how to make it as they have only made it correct maybe twice. So decided to give them another shot and got my coffee and literally was the worst one yet no foam whatsoever and watered down like crazy completely disgusting to make it worse for some reason they don’t understand what light ice means because they always add more ice definitely sucks because they started off really good and location is convenient but now gotta look for a different location.

I always go to the one on citrus and arrow in Covina for my daughter she gets same drink but took her to this in on citrus and route 66 wow the drink was 100 times better. Will go there from now on

My family and I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Everyone is always friendly and they greet you with a nice Hello when you walk through the door. We come here with some frequency and they remember us and are very accommodating. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome!

I love this Starbucks! I go almost every day before work around 8am. I use the drive- thru and its usually not crowded like other Starbucks at that time. The staff is friendly and the service is great!

The drive-thrus pretty good but honestly the attention to detail in the drive through leaves a lot to be desired. My girlfriend and I went through there recently and we asked for two green tea and lemonade drinks and we received one green tea and one lemonade. Unfortunately that was not an unusual thing

The baristas have always been friendly and courteous, and only once did they grind a bag of beans when I asked them not to. They gave me a new bag of whole beans and a gift card as an apology (which I didnt expect). Ive never had a bad experience at this location.

In the past things have been fine. Last night at about 8:30 pm, got served 2 cold, old coffees. Not very good customer service either. Definitely will not be back.

Service was great as usual... Location though, too much sun hits the outdoor seating area. Its great that it has plenty of tables but sure wish they would have done something about the sun.

Not as cheerful and welcoming as most Starbucks locations but the service is fast and efficient.When I approached the counter to place my order, there were three employees within close proximity and yet it took sometime before any of them acknowledge my presence.This location is fairly new, was constructed a little over a year ago, maybe the staff still needs to acclimate to the neighboring community.

Daniela was attentive, our order tooked 10 minutes for 2 drinks and until I got up and ask for, I see no communication, my order was never called.

Clean, calm and quiet. Difficult access when driving but oh well. Only 3 stars because I think there were way too many workers for them to maneuver around and get my order right. Got my coffee almost right, forgot my smores bar and then forgot to warm it when I had already asked twice and decided to just take it cold instead of asking a third time. Otherwise quick, clean and quiet.

I love my occasional Starbucks visit. Still consider myself a rookie ordrerer... only figured out yesterday that a caramel Macchiato is mostly milk with one shot of espresso poured on top.

Best Starbucks location. Staff is wonderful. Thry make you feel important to them. Love coming here.

Morning staff is amazing. Afternoon staff not so friendly. I asked for light ice they gave me extra, they forgot the caramel drizzle on my venti iced caramel macchiato. It seemed to be a bothersome for them to fix my drink and the price is back at $5.25 for a while it was $5.45. Don’t know what was going on there

This place was good, super good! I experienced this Starbucks by using the drive-thru at night. I choose this place because I was driving late at night and it was open late! The staff were nice and got my order right. It was a good location and clean on the outside. The lobby was closed but was also clean. I would recommend this place since it is open late and thats when you need coffee, when you are driving home late at night. No other star sucks around were open as late as this place! And its close to the freeway which also made it a good location!
