My radio shut off out of no where and all I had was 40 dollars and they still helped me reset my radio. I will be coming back for their services highly recommended

We have taken our 30 foot motor home and a few cars here. We love the service. The owner always takes care of us and makes sure we purchase the right equipment. They have installed speakers, a stereo and alarms in several of our vehicles and have done a great job with everything. Recently they were done with a door speaker install and we noticed the window was not going up or down correctly. We immediately brought it to their attention and they determined the window motor was bad. They offered to replace it at no charge. The car is 16 years old, so it may have gone out on its own but they still took responsibility and replaced the motor at no charge. Great way to do business. I will keep bringing all my cars here. I wouldnt have mind the 850 they charged, If my doors would have been installed the way they were. And then tell me im tripping when I mentioned not one issue but several.. my camera in the back is upside down. Terrible Terrible work. And the fact that my seats were forced back at a weird angle it bent a lil so its going to have to be fixed somehow. And all they can say is bring it in Monday.. now im gonna have to take off time from work for this. And why not pick up your mess after installation im Really disappointed with them. Honestly this place what I once thought was the greatest, is no more. Its purely a SCAM. Went to get a radio unit installed and they love to over charge everything. Asked for a refund they got intensely mad at my request and said they dont offer refunds but then stated theres a restock fee. Which is 35%. Had a friend do an alarm done and they did an okay job but they shorted wires and caused the speedometer to not light up.All in all, stay away from this SCAM of a place. Not worth time nor money.

Had some lights put in that i purchased from Stereo USA Plus. They came w a set of lens to change the color of the lights. Well they wont replace the lenses at all. Im willing to pay for them but they said no. That i would have to buy new sets of lights. At first the guy at the desk said yes sure we can replace them. Awesome. Then the other guy says no you have to buy new sets of lights. Money hungry scum is what that guy is.

Went to get a stereo in a few months ago. Stereo is still not doing anything its supposed to do at all. Went back in and they were trying yo help at first went in 3 different times. The last time i went in they told me that i neeses to get an extra piece for it to work which i was not told about when i first got it. So on top of paying for the stereo and the labor almost 400 in total i had to go buy another 50 dollar piece that still did nothing. It really unproffessional and sad that they can do this to someone.

I have been dealing with Stereo USA for a while now. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and decided to put a system in my scion xb, nothing crazy, just an upgrade. The shop i went to promised a night and day difference...and long story short it was horrible. I randomly stopped into stereo USA to see if i could make it sound better, or switch speakers once again. Anthony stopped what he was doing, tuned my amp right there and made it sound twice as good, and gave me some options if i ever wanted it to sound amazing. I just brought my c6 corvette to them, wanting a more elaborate and higher end sound. I went in thinking i was going to annoy the crap out of them with all my demands...Anthony just smiled and said no problem, we can do whatever you want bro. And it was a lot, i wanted the subs facing forwards, had to be able to use my rear view mirror, and the targa still had to fit in the trunk. In less than a day, everything was finished, and beyond my expectations. I personally have never heard a system so clear and clean, and the custom box looks amazing!! I went in with high expectations, and they delivered beyond them in absolutely every aspect. Price lower than i expected to pay for the custom work, sounds better, and looks way beyond what i ever imagined would be in my baby. Anthony, seriously thank you so much bro!

I priced out 3 stores in Covina and Stereo USA was the best. Mike was very pleasant to talk to, and he gave me a couple options. I feel like the other stores I went to treated me like a dumb girl. Not only that, one of them tried to sell me a radio for twice as much as Walmart. Luckily my last stop was this place. I will be back for upgrades!

Good prices and a great sound system installed. They handled an difficult situation very well and offered me a lot of alternatives when they couldn’t install my speakers, receiver, amp, and sub the day that i took it in due to a worker having to leave early dealing with a family emergency. 10/10 sound system though!

I had gotten my system put in back in November they did a great job on the install, but last week I started getting some weird feed back from the amp. I took it over and explained to Anthony what was going on, they were extremely busy that day and we had set up an appointment for me to come back so they can trouble shoot and fix the problem. I dropped my truck off and a few hours later Anthony called me back and told me to come get my truck. Anthony has replaced the amp free of charge but explained that they wanted to double check everything before just swapping out the amp. It’s good to know there are still shops out here that stand by their work. Definitely will be bringing all my cars back here.

Great place for car audio, owner on premises, personable staff, real loose feeling around store. I let them do my sound system 2 yrs ago still going strong and loud with lots of bass. Theres a second store in Huntington Beach.

What ever you do ......dont waste your money or time here they will be more than glad to take your money and then when your having issues brush you off. Im a very unhappy customer. Warning do not go here. Horrible customer service. They mess up my front car display system. Got charged 2200. Took 5 hours to install. Took back my car to get fixed. Middle Eastern man said all work here is good we never have problems. Got loud with me. Guys in the back blamed it on my phone when both of us know it wasnt phone and they forgot a few steps installing. Im just a random guy on the internet but if you were a family member or friend I would literally try anywhere else.

I got hooked up by Anthony I came in looking for an estimate on a sound system for my car and he was very helpful. Would recommend this place they are very friendly and most importantly they know their stuff so they are open to work with you to get you the best for your money.

Stay away from ten to ten stereo shop up the street from here. They not only dont pay their employers theyll convince you to charge thousands as they act like your their best friend, then after you charge it they will treat you like dirt.

Haven’t even had a chance to go yet and I do not want to. I called to get a quote on stereo installation and some guy answered, sounded middle eastern, and he was so rude and careless and didn’t care to help. On top of not caring what I was asking, kept speaking over me MULTIPLE times over the phone. It seemed like he was just ready to be done with the conversation since he answered the phone. I would not like to meet this guy in person. I will mop the floor with his head. DISRESPECT.

I brought my car here and lost 1150 dollars. They did the worst job you can imagine. They had wiring on the inside/outside of the door, not covered they Micky moused the connections and did not run it through the firewall. They gave me no brand name equipment, and told me every thing was okay. My car does not start i had to unplug the fuse and disconnect the back up camera from the entire system so my battery would not drain.

I shopped about 7 different car audio places before deciding to go here. I was originally going to try to make my own custom box, but knew I didnt have the skills to do it. This was the only place that was not only willing to tackle my custom box job, but didnt try to sell me sub par equipment for the rest of my build. Anthony was beyond helpful, and patient with me, but also gave me the prices he would charge me and encouraged me to continue doing research and compare prices with other shops. No other place I visited or called was willing to come close (price wise on the higher tier equipment that Anthony was seeking me) or they would only try to sell me other sub/component packages with cheaper quality products. I dont know about anyone else, but I will only have all of my audio needs taken care of by Anthony and Stereo USA Plus.

If I could give this place negative 1 star I would. I took my vehicle there do to a shutoff problem. They sold me new speakers and a stereo saying it would solve it Still had the same problem. I went there 3 times. Still no avail. Went to another shop, seems their install guys wired my stereo wrong. Spend several hundred dollars for a 20 dollar fix. Its a shame that all this place cares about is making money instead of fixing the problem and satisfying a customer. Do your self a favor an avoid this place till they hire honest sales people and installers.

Terrible place to be in. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. A terrible service, and irresponsible people. I made a terrible mistake not to look for the reviews first.Apparently I am not the only person that got ripped off by this crooked persons. they installed some items in my truck and everything was a bad installation. when I came back to tell them and to ask them to fix it, they just said sure, come back in a hour after an hour passed by they said uh you know what, come back in two hours after two hours you know I am busy right now come back in two days and so on and on. I got ripped off of almost $ 900 dlls. and nothing worked, INCREDIBLE . I am going to file a lawsuit against this people to get my money back. The guy that is up in the picture smiling is not because he is happy, is because he knows you are about to get ripped off. I had to take my vehicle to another place ( VIP AUTO CUSTOMS, Excellent service, what a difference.!! ) to get fix all the bad work that these guys did. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. !!!!

I went with a friend who bought a simple wiring kit. Mostly we just looked around because things seemed kind of pricey. The staff wasnt friendly but as we were about to check out he said he would hook us up if we gave him 5 stars on google. It was pretty weird but my friend didnt really object because, who cares, were saving a couple bucks. The service was pretty sucky though and the selection wasnt great. I think the only reason they dont have a one or two star rating is because they tell their customers to give them good ratings.

By far the worst place you could ever do business with, I got an alarm system and stereo done here, and have had nothing but problems. Ive been back at least 10 times, been threatened by the obese middle eastern man, and treated terribly. The amps which I purchased with a warranty! Had been draining my battery constantly and shutting off, Id take it back and was told nothing was wrong?! Like, do you always sell things that dont work?. Then I suggest they check the wiring, then the obese middle eastern man proceeds to get angry suggesting I know nothing about speakers and he does, then says trust me you dont want to see me angry, I get crazy. what kind of service is this? Worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life. I cannot believe that this shop is so hard up for business that it takes an estimate and turns it into a transaction. There is no morality to this place, they are running a rip off shop not a stereo shop. I have tried to work with them in regards to a transaction that was to be cancelled but they just keep stating that custom work was done. They have never touched my car so how can this work be done. They lie to the finance company to get disputes settled in their favor. If you are looking for an honest shop that will not rip you off, then stay away from these crooks. From the counter guy to the owner they are all shady and crooks.

Store manager is Unprofessional there installers do a crappy job installing stereos not carful with property arguing with customers in front of other customers...They also told my Dad that if His son didnt take down this review that they wouldnt honor the warranty on his Stereo anymore and made a comment to my dad about the review I did...They are really professionalIll never go back to stereo USA

Been to Stereo USA a couple of times. I had a subwoofer and amp installed and they did a really clean Job. I also bought an alarm system from them and have had no issues! I highly recommend going to Stereo USA.

Terrible customer service. They dont care about what your concerns are. The financing option is a complete scam. They apply you for a credit card, and then another, and while you have to pay off those cards, you have to pay them too. You end up doubling or tripling your monthly payment if you think about it. Also, they claim not to check your credit, sure enough, a account was made on my credit which hurt it. Also, lying on your income to help you get a credit card is a federal offense. Which can lead to time behind bars. Please stay away from this place and do not fall for their financing gimmick.

They have friendly knowable staff and installers. Over the past 12 years they have done all of my cars systems. I wouldnt trust anybody else. Highly recommend giving them a try.

June 4 2017. I was having problems with my audio on my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Came here and bought a new stereo. It totally enhanced my sound. Install was quick and professional. I am very happy and pleased with my experience. I will definitely return to add a sub and amp. Thanks to Anthony the manager and his techn for a professional install.

I really regret taking my 2018 dodge durango here...I spent alot of money and talked about the speakers i wanted and all I got was broken door lock sensors, scratched window tint, the wrong box, the wrong speakers, HIDS dont turn in rattle on my door panels, and I keep going back but THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKES.. ....DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONT HERE!!!!

Insulting, and arrogant Employees, faulty equipment and half ass installers! We purchased over $1,000 of stereo equipment and had it installed by their shop. The arrogant SOB that sold us the equipment insulted my husband and we have had nothing but problems electrically in our truck ever since. We have returned to the shop numerous times to have the problem fixed and they never did it correctly. We removed the stereo system and asked them if they would purchase it back from us being as though it never worked correctly. We were told NOthat they will not buy it back and they hung up. So very sad to spend that much money on a system, that much money to get it installed and have it NEVER work and short out all the electrical on our truck repeatedly. All I can say is, we have kids and this group of ingrates should consider themselves EXTREMELY lucky their MICKEY MOUSE equipment and Installations didnt cause a fire!

People please be alert these people are very irresponsible with customers belongings do not take them anything to install for you because it will install it and tell you it doesnt work so you go buy one from them they install my whole system in-dash a complete system head unit was in my dashboard wires together everything that you go but my radio didnt work how do you install a system with a head unit not working help me I tried explaining this to him and then he tried to sell me a radio and I seen him do it to other customers as well also as I was waiting for my car to get fixed the second time because the first time I left it they destroyed it broke my Clips my panels were coming off really sloppy work the owners will rip you off without you knowing it he is not an honest businessman they scratch the guys nice black shiny Crown Victoria and they denied it and didnt even tell him anything about it I was there I seen it with my own eyes and Im sure their camera system seen it too that is wrong my alarm was hooked up to my car you could open the doors and sit in my car for 10 15 minutes then the alarm will ring thats the kind of work they do Id rather pay somebody than to go back and fix it with them thank you

After calling A few surrounding stereo shops in my area, I pulled in the USA stereo shop! And all my problems resolved! I got a fantastic deal! they had install the stereo installed an alarm! And they had totally put back to gather my car and it sounded so great! They had two guys working on my car simultaneously very nice people! I was there able to check out what they were doing, etc. they were explaining everything to me! These guys have been working there for several years and everybody had such a great vibe! I am never going to look at another place to get my stereo! USA sterio! ROCKS!!! Big time!!!!! This usaa stereo shop is a family run organization! who really cares and loves the constituents that come in there! Very patient and explaining everything and their service is so great there guarantees are so great! they really know what they’re doing and they pride! their selves on quality quality work! If I could pick a negative 1 I would,very disappointed. I will be making a blog of my experience based proof with videos. I can care less how many years of business thy have,but people need to be warned,because a good business doesn’t do what they did to me. Back in Dec of 2016 I bought a car stereo,the first day it was good till the next day it started flickering and Baja one of the workers whom was very helpful even told the owner in their language. They kept telling me to come back and to come back,till the owner cussed me out to get the hell out of there and that I got what I got. I told my Husband about the incident after the owner disrespects me. With all this It was about 3 months that finally they changed the stereo somewhere around late March beginning of April. The owner told me never to come back. On April the stereo started Giving me issues. I have videos of it turning off and getting Unprogrammed after removing the Key from ignition. The stereo has been smelling like if it’s burning. I had to come back because im afraid it shortage can make my car burn something. I’m only puttting this here for liability purpose. The reason I’m writing this today is because My husband just left the place and A guy told my husband that they will not do anything about it. I will come back to this site and link all the videos I have for proof and of my receipt.
